I was in the middle of moving my stuff out (yay!) The general manager hurridly put a new lock on my unit and charged me for it while I was loading my stuff. It was really bizarre tbh.

Picked up a U box to tow to Georgia as part of the Load Share program. Alex was awesome helping me get everything attached securely to my truck, checking lights, etc. The location is huge, has everything you need, easy to navigate, and easy to get in and out. I wish all uhaul locations were like that and staff were like Alex.

Oh man, let me tell you about this company I dealt with! They were so unprofessional and downright rude. I couldn't believe how they treated me. It's like they forgot that customers are the ones who keep their business running!

The Co-manager (can't remember his name) was absolutely great. He was the only one at the store at the time with multiple customers coming in. He was professional and quick to help everyone out in a timely manner. We were from out of town and needed to tow a car back that broke down. He got us in and out quick even though he had not eaten lunch and had tried multiple times. Overall GREAT GUY! He made the whole experience worth it.

Terrible customer service at this location. Manager charged an extra $370 for a cleaning fee and was unavailable when we went to the location to discuss the unneccesary charge and was supposed to call us back at 1 pm and never did. The trailer was verified clean by another u haul person. Corporate office was very helpful so far when I called to file a complaint.I will never rent from this particular location again.

At first...everything seemed very nice. Then the moving began...it is impossible to unload a small trailer as you can not bring it in the garage door. So you must each time unload in the parking lot then bring it inside only to fight with a sliding door that half the time will not open. Then a lady yelled at us because we had to use the garage door to roll in the carts and hope nothing falls off as you fight either the snow outside and the door. Then she locked the regular door so I had to open the separate door everytime for my husband. It took way to long to do this and I will never come to this unit ever again when I am done moving.

Second time using this Storage Facility and it’s just as great as the first time around. Clean, easy to find your way around, great staff, and the loading docks are fantastic! Carts available to help move your stuff around and the 24/7 access is perfect. I’ve rented trucks and vans several times as well with no issues. Great place if you’re moving or just looking for some storage space.

Watch out for this location!!!!! The female employee who’s short with blonde hair and glasses (not posting names) is extremely rude. After calling to get details to to have propane tanks filled, this employee was rude on the phone in the manner which she was speaking and gave a list of requirements that our tanks must have in order for them to be filled. Our tanks met all of the requirements so we went to U-Haul in Baraboo to have our tanks filled.Upon arriving the girl proceeded to be rude to both myself and my husband. The entire time she spoke to us it was as though we were inconveniencing her, and in a “as a matter of fact” sarcastic tone, she was disrespectful, was not CUSTOMER oriented nor friendly, it seemed as though she was playing games and intentionally trying to aggravate us while we were trying to PURCHASE propane.We contacted the General Manager on a Sunday afternoon on his cell phone to report to him how rude this girl treated us. The General Manager only focused on her procedure and not the manner in which she treated paying customers. When I tried bringing up how she treated us he said “I haven’t had a chance to talk to ****** to see what her side of the story is.” He never once apologized for the way we were treated and continued to focus on her procedure as though we were lying.The situation was escalated and not one time did either of them attempt to resolve the situation. This girl that was rude to us knew all of the procedures properly and the general manager expressed “how grateful he was that she was doing her job properly.” Neither of them understood that the procedure was never the issue, the issue was how rude she was to us. Our tanks and our ability to travel with the propane tanks safely and according to procedure were properly met as we were responsible when transporting the empty tanks to this location in Baraboo to have them filled. Not once did either the girl or general manager asked us if we had the ability to meet these requirements and continued to argue with us over procedures and not the way we were being treated.We ended up leaving with one propane tank filled. After an escalated experience with this girl and the general manager, the girl decided to inform us at the last minute that she was unable to let us leave there with more than 90 pounds worth of propane. The four of our tanks which she saw prior to ripping off the labels, totaled more than 90 pounds. Why did she not tell us straight from the beginning when she saw how many tanks we had and how many pounds each of them weighed that she would be unable to fill all of our propane tanks while we were there. This was part of the issue the entire time she seemed as though she had an issue with filling our tanks in from the beginning when I called. There are numerous situations that took place they were all according to “procedure” however she did not disclose the procedures to us until bit by bit to continue to aggravate our experience at the U-Haul in Baraboo.After speaking with the general manager, we have determined that we will no longer be a customer of not only the U-Haul in Baraboo but any U-Haul in the whole United States.The experience both this blonde haired girl and the general manager left us with I will refuse to continue to contribute money to this company that would pay both of these employees paychecks. Neither of these employees should be able to remain employed with U-Haul due to the obscene treatment that was given to both my husband and I today.And to top it all off I just so happen to catch a photo of this girl flicking me off and giving me the middle finger. This photo will be submitted to the corporate headquarters.

Be aware of sales snake short girl. Rented me a van without walking around the van for danages, when I returned a van , they new small scratche location in few seconds that barely can be found. Charged larg amount without explanation
