I have worked for a cell phone service company and being 41 years old had plenty of lost or broken phones. JORDAN was one step ahead of me and made the process extremely comfortable. This kid needs a raise and promoted asap. He aslo helpes me obtainy contacts wven though my ohone went for a swim. Explained everythig in detail but not in a annoying way. Customer friendly and extremely knowledgeable in the cell business. Thank him please and give hat dude a raise !!!!!!!

Josh was a shining example of what good customer service should be, he was exceptionally polite and knowledgeable. The rest of the staff was courteous and friendly. I have already referred several other people to this specific location as a direct result of the amazing experience I have had here. Couldn't recommend this business enough

Gavyn was extremely helpful in my choosing the correct phone for me to purchase. He understood my needs, and showed me how to operate various programs on my new phone. He was very patient with me and super helpful. He explained everything so that I could understand. He is very knowledgable.Great attitude and great sense of humor.
