When I bought my phone, they inadvertently used my daughters phone number. They fixed this issue. Fast forward almost a year when my daughter's phone is due to be replaced and found the issue is not fixed. Her phone is 3 years old, but to them, she still has to wait 2 more years. They started her plan over when I bought my phone.My wife tried to get this addressed, but the guy just quit talking to her and walked away.This store has the worst customer service. Don't waste your time going here. If I could give a negative rating, I would.** We ended up going to the corporate store in Portage and they took care of us right away. We'll be going there from now on.

Eduardo is excellent. Sold me a new phone, got a better rate and everything transferred okay. Answered my questions. Nate good also from previous contact. In October, one women didn't help at all. Another woman fixed one problem, but gave me another problem. What a mess! Please hire more knowledgeable employees like Eduardo and Nate!

I was in the market for a phone upgrade and with US CELLULAR great deals decided to go for it! So happy I did!! The agent (Nate) was so friendly, informative, no pressure just a caring person ready to listen and help! If I can mention where I went it was US CELLULAR in Baraboo, WI, they will always have my business!!!

I bought a new Samsung phone via the internet to avoid the activation fee. Sara at US Cell told me to bring the phone in and she'd be happy to help transfer the data over. So I did. Our first encounter was a wrong esim on the box compared to the actual phone. Tried to fix that. All should be good after 24 hours. Nope. She called again. Wrong ticket created so a new one done. This went on for 3 days. Got the manager Lynette involved. Beteeen the two of them, they finally got the right people involved. They went above and beyond helping me get my phone activated. I can't say enough good things about how they worked with me. My hat is off to both of you. Thank you very, very much!

I stopped into US Cellular to add a line.. I had a wonderful experience..Lynette made my experience in a congested setting wonderful. The level of professionalism and kindness truly was nice..When I've had rude sales associates when congested at other stores...What was also nice she answered all my questions and explained everything so I could understand the things I was asking and regarding about..I absolutely would come back and ask for Ms. Lynette again..Thank you for the kindness patience and questions I had!! You're appreciated! You're professionalism was A-1 <3

Trevor and Hannah were the highlight of my very confusing day. They had amazing patients with me. Provided laughs and smiles, while I wanted put my head and phone through a wall. I've never been more frustrated and disgusted in the way they have handled my claim of a stolen IPhone. They are incredibly pathetic in their customer care. I still haven't been able to file my claim due to the jackass manager that won't listen to me and refused to do his due diligence in getting the best outcome for the customer hell he flat out refused to contact the insurance company for me.

Josh was AMAZEBALLS! He walked us through every single step of the process of starting our own family plan. He helped us pick out the perfect phone for each family member (my sons are ecstatic with the phones we brought home! And he stayed over an hour late even though I said we could come back the next day. He’s my number one go to cell guy-don’t lose him!!!
