Still waiting for a certified letter that was mailed from your location on February 22nd. Hasn't moved from your location. That's why I don't use the United States PONY Service. And no you haven't changed your tracking system!!!!

Baraboo post office said they could not deliver a 40" x 48" x 1/5" office chair mat shipped by Amazon because it is oversized and I need to pick it up at the post office. They said it would not fit in the mailman's car and they could not use one of the postal trucks to deliver it because of Union rules. What a second rate operation.

I have two brags for this post office...I work for a local pharmacy and the gentleman who regularly runs our route is AMAZING. He meets us at the door, maximizing our time, and generally makes things super smooth. Second: There are times when we need to intercept packages for whatever reason and they are always extremely accommodating.

Are one of the job requirements to work at the Baraboo Post Office extreme rudeness?Every single time I’m in, that’s all I get. Dirty looks & incredibly rude service. If their dirty looks could talk, they’d say “I’m already sick of you, and I haven’t even helped you yet. What the *expletive* do you want?”Figure it out, seriously.

Baraboo postal workers don't deliver during or after it snows in Wisconsin. I was supposed to receive packages on the 22nd and the 24th of December they were marked unable to access address even though I shoveled clear paths to my mailbox and door to my home. One of these items was a portrait of my late father to my brother for Christmas. Our carrier usually comes around 1-3 pm. we we're marked unable to access at 6am, so it seems like our address was written off before our carrier saw the condition at our residence. Needless to say that my brother didn't receive this gift christmas morning. Also when I called "Tory" rudely hung up on me when inquiring if anyone would be delivering to my address today. Also our carrier is to lazy to get out of his truck.

I just started a new job and I had my paycheck direct deposit and the first check was mailed to me which hasn't gotten here yet and I have already gotten my 3rd direct deposit our mail man is incompetent at best

Incompetent carriers. Lost package because they are too lazy to open a door and leave it inside a entrance way, but instead leave it out in the open for item to be stolen. This is now costing my business to lose money. Thanks for nothing.

Ive never been to the main office. So this review isnt for them. But holy moly everytime I have a package getting delivered by USPS baraboo. It always, and I mean ALWAYS GETS LOST. it will say that it arrived and was placed inside my mailbox but it is never there. Ya"ll need some tidying up to do. Sheesh
