An update from my past review; I'd still give the actual store/photo departments a good review but the pharmacy has gone more downhill. I went to pick up a prescription in the drive-through, they verified my address and I offered my license before paying. When I got home, I realized that they'd given me my sister-in-laws medication instead. We both live in Baraboo, but our first names and addresses are not similar so it's strange that this was missed. I've taken this medication for a while so I knew it wasn't mine just looking at it, but if it had been a newer drug then I couldn't have potentially taken something harmful. I'm very wary of coming here now for an Rx, just be careful!

If this wasn't the only Walgreens in Baraboo I would avoid it at all cost. I understand the wait times with short hand employees but to be absolutely rude is just unnecessary. I had to go in and get a flu and Covid test. I had my son with me, who is under 10 years old, and we waited in the waiting area for the pharmacist. She called me into the room and try to tell me my son wasn't allowed to come in (that didn't happen. I wasn't going to leave him since you can't see him when the door is shut from the room). After I told her no, he came in and then she advised us we couldn't sit in the chairs, because it's too much for her to wipe down. How sad how people are treated when they aren't feeling well. And funny how we can sit in the "waiting area" chairs and those don't get wiped down, but walk through the door and you can't sit in those chairs because it's too much to clean.

I was mistreated by the same woman the pharmacy tech Karen. This was the second time that Karen treated me like crap. Location: 603 W Pine St. Baraboo, WI. Because of her nasty attitude, I'm taking my business to a different pharmacy. Goodbye, Walgreens.

The people in pharmacy are so rude. They act like you are a problem for them. If they are not interested in dealing with the public they should get out of this job. You could go so much farther with better customer service. You need to start treating your customers like they matter

The pharmacists here are so beyond rude it’s not even funny. I absolutely dread picking up prescriptions and doing covid tests here because you’re treated like an inconvenience. I’ve never had a good experience. Do better, Walgreens.

Rarely are actually able to do their jobs. Have tried to give my partner and I the wrong medication. It takes damn near an hour to get through 5 cars in the drive through.

The blonde that works there needs a huge attitude adjustment. Very Rude and Disrespectful. I am glad I never go there on a regular basis.

Very friendly staff and helpful. Kind as you are in need and have questions, and friendly faces even when checking out!! If you need to stop by the grab something you may have missed with packing for your trip then stop by!

This Walgreens is handling the covid19 crisis very well. When I got to the drive through there were 12 cars in front of me but they were working very quickly. The pharmacist helped me with a coupon for the prescription I was getting.

Typically fine. I understand getting really busy but I was told 20 mins waited 50 and just left never receiving my medication. Customer service will always suffer when behind just have to continue to communicate people do NOT like being ignored when it comes to giving others their money.

Greatly helped when I needed them to coordinate with my out-of-town HMO. When the Rx was ready, the pharmacist also made some very good aand welcome suggestion.
