I needed to renew 2 CDs I had opened at a branch WCCU & then open a new one. Both Dana and Deb were very helpful and a pleasure to work with. I understand the majority of reviews are negative. I have had multiple interactions with the workers (as I just opened an account); I could not complain on anything even if I were to make it up.
