Went to deposit some cash into my account using the atm and it was unavailable?.....I then went to the drop off box to deposit the cash but there were no deposit slips or envelopes........how "convenient" ?

Terrible experience with Mariela specifically, walked into the branch to ask question about money wiring and got very awkward attitude.I have been using Wells Fargo for 5 years never had a issue ,other teller lady is a such a sweetheart whenever i see her i leave the place with a smile on my face.Maybe Mariela needs to learn from her a little.

Why have phones when no one answers? What good does the call center in North Carolina do, when I need to speak with my local branch about a business account. And when I asked the agent in the call center how I can do that she just said to keep calling...Terrible customer service

We have had to deal with this bank regarding accounts that my mother-in-law had. My wife is the executor of the will and the bank said it was not good enough we had to have mom's signature. When we said she was died they said well you need to get her signature.Mom payed over $5000 to a lawyer to have the will written up and ready but eels Fargo would not accept the lawyers work. They kept dwelling on us needing to get the signature of a dead person.

Remember that time I asked for a $1,500.00 loan and you turned me down after proving I was good for it?? And 2 weeks later you had to cash my 12,000.00$ check?? Haha ? bank somewhere that invests in you! Not here!

I forgot my wallet and was out of town and not near a branch location. The wonderful Baraboo local banker Kristy walked me through Online banking, Apple Pay and Wallet and helped me find a way to get the help I needed. She was patient, kind and a wonderful representation of Wells Fargo! Thank you!!!

Horrible branch. Been calling for weeks, 20 or 30 times a day. Not one answers. Went in and all door are permanently locked it seams and it say call us to set up and appointment. Got in line for window drive thru and after an hour and a half we got to the window asked them to give me a printout for all my bank statements for the last year and they said okay. After 20 mins they came back with 3 months and said this is all we can’t give you, your holding up the line. Please make an appointment. I said I can’t because no one answers the phone. She just shut off the mic Untell I drove away. Super rude and now I stuck on a banking loop. Never bank with them.

I didnt have the greatest experience on the phone with Wells Fargo, but it also wasnt this particular bank I spoke with. After having gone to this bank and working with several people, mostly Alexandra Albis, who by the way, was delightful, and one of the sweet girls up front, i totally changed my mind!! Thank you for your help! Though it was through a death that brought me there, Alex was very sweet and helpful!! Thank you!!

Dont do car loans unless through a dealership then call the 800 number says be on hold for around 10 mins 30 mins later I just hung up.
