Very friendly staff and helpful. Kind as you are in need and have questions, and friendly faces even when checking out!! If you need to stop by the grab something you may have missed with packing for your trip then stop by!

The Walgreens at Baraboo has rude and unfriendly employees, especially in the pharmacy department. The same female tech who treats everyone like dirt. Very unprofessional, terrible attitudes, and always slow service. Their credit card system was messed up, and they told me my debit card was being declined. I went up to the street at the Festival grocery store and it worked fine. The tech pharmaceutical was too lazy to investigate. This place has always had the worst customer service ever. If the pharmaceutical tech doesn't like her job she should find another one. And even the cashier front register was rude and friendly too. On the chance, you do get someone to help you, they always seem to be irritated as if your wasting their time. Most of the employees are quite unpleasant. I'm done here and will take my money up the road.

I love this Walgreens for its store, beauty and photo departments. It's always well stocked and ready for whatever the upcoming holiday -whether it's Valentine's, Easter, Halloween, Christmas etc- at least a month beforehand which makes shopping a breeze. It's not all candy either, you can find a great Christmas or birthday gift and pick up the card in one quick trip! They usually have great sales and if you take advantage of the savings club card you'll always have a deal for the next time! The store staff somehow know where all of the items are and will walk you over. The person that's working the photo center is always cheerful and the instant photo machines are very user friendly. So why three stars? Terrible attitudes and slow service in the pharmacy department. I'd like to say maybe people have a bad day but it's almost every time and almost always the same woman/tech who treats everyone rudely. We've attempted to avoid this going through the drive through with no luck. The actual pharmacists are respectful and kind but the techs are the issue. All in all -come in to shop around or print photos but maybe look elsewhere to fill your prescriptions!

This Walgreens is handling the covid19 crisis very well. When I got to the drive through there were 12 cars in front of me but they were working very quickly. The pharmacist helped me with a coupon for the prescription I was getting.

Older lady that front check out should not be in any way shape or form represent Walgreens....
