LOVE their products!! I now own an 8x36 monocular and a 10x42 diamondback HD binocular and absolutely think they are incredible! Thanks to my salesman he pointed me in the Vortex direction and will never own another brand. I swear by these. The clarity is amazing they work excellent. A company I'm proud to be part of the Vortex family. They treat you right, because customer service is AMAZING too!!!

By far the best warranty in the business. Im extremely happy with my scope, these things are beasts! Extremely rugged and hold their sight in real good. Customer service is top notch as well! Thank you guys for everything.

Love the people and the products here at Vortex optics! Phenomenal service. Their VIP warranty is the best I've ever seen. As a veteran they treat you like a true VIP. I have 2 of there optics the warranty is lifetime guarantee 1st time I heard of Vortex was at the NRA convention in 2009 in Pittsburgh pa best optics I ever used

I had an older set of Vortex Fury binoculars that were really good. However, the cladding started to crack in multiple places. So I called customer service and was blown away by the level and quality of the support I was provided. Both reps were friendly, efficient and articulate. I was emailed a return label and shipping instructions before I was even off the phone with them. I sent mine back and received updates as to what was happening on a regular basis. They couldn't repair mine and sent me a new pair and the turn around time was 1 week, which was outstanding. My old pair was really good but these new HD models are stellar. Vortex couldn't be more generous or enjoyable to work with, and their warranty is absolutely the very best. Well done Vortex!

The customer service at Vortex is awesome. I was looking for a sun shade for my viper pst 3-15x44, and I couldn't find one that would fit. I contacted Vortex via email, and within minutes, they responded and notified me that they would be sending the part to me right away, at no charge to myself.
