“I came to Larsons after receiving an insane quote from a different auto body shop. He took the time to disect my vehicle and get down to the brass tax of what was necessity. He took the time to competitively compare prices on every item he searched up for the ultimate lowest bid. Mostly he took the time to talk to me and understand me. I think we hashed out a deal. “I hit a deer with my car and needed repairs. Duane’s was quick, convenient and easy to work with. They worked with my insurance company and made the process painless. During repair, another part was needed for my car so it pushed the completion date back one day but they called right away to let me know. Also Duane’s provided a courtesy car while mine was being fixed so i didn’t need to worry about finding another vehicle. My vehicle is a white pearl color that is difficult to match and I can’t even tell I hit a deer, they did an awesome job! This was my first time working with them and I would highly recommend, I didn’t feel like I was just another customer but more like I was working with a friend.”
