Very upset with the delivery service and organization skills that these employees possess. I currently pay for my P.O. Box that is constantly getting other people’s mail in, I’ve told the staff multiple times about this issues and still have other people’s mail in my P.O. Box. The incident that pushed me over the edge is when I tried to order a outfit for a important event and the notification said left in residential mailbox at 3:11pm, issue is I do not have a residential mailbox nor ever had one in my life, mind you I do live in a duplex neighborhood with mailboxes around. I went to the post office to check if it was in my P.O. Box and it wasn’t in there and the staff said they couldn’t find it and was talking about some employee’s names Brenda and where going to try to “retrieve” it. My neighbor who has lost TWO packages in the mail due to delivery issues said they told them the same thing. Highly disappointed in the fact I’m paying this much per year for a P.O. Box, for such disappointing services. And now my packages are not being delivered to my home this is highly upsetting, to not only me but, my fellow community members, these issues have been going on too long and I’m sick of it. A “one star” outta 5 rating is being generous in my opinion, they really deserve NO “star” at all.

Matt was extremely helpful and upbeat during a multiple phone call situation, even though I didn’t have all the info I needed and the internet was down in Bayfield! Great customer service!!!

Again... please do not bend items to make them fit, IF there is a “Please Do Not Bend” stamp/sticker on an item. Please don’t be lazy and just drop it off at my door like you’re supposed to.

MULTIPLE times I have gone to my mail box and large packages have been shoved in. I spend several minutes trying to wrestle them back out. Today there was a large envelope shoved and bent into the box and when I finally got it out, there was a large sticker on it the said “DO NOT BEND PLEASE.” The mail delivery person should not force packages into a box and should NOT bend items that say DO NOT BEND.
