Curt is always prompt to reply when I need to order supplies and I receive them in a timely manner. I always enjoy his visits when he comes to service our printers as he is very personable. I get updates if something needs follow up and appreciate how dependable and reliable he is. It is a pleasure working with him and this company.

I discovered my PC hard drive was out of space. I knew if I went to Best Buy the geek squad would take forever to upgrade my computer and charge me a fortune. So instead I shipped it by UPS to Quality Computer Services from my winter home in Phoenix Arizona. Their techie Tony Palletti was able to add a ton of storage to the hard drive and ship it back to me within days.More importantly after seven hours of work with Dropbox they were not able to retrieve the 4000 files they had deleted. My business depended on getting that Dropbox correctly reinstalled. Tony was able to do this in minutes.There's no better techies on the planet the that Can beat these highly competent professionals.. Don't waste your time at Best Buy Geek Squad or any other repair shop. They are world-class and can do just about anything you need done remotely. They are customer friendly and work to get your problem solved.Dan Steininger a highly appreciative customer.

AVOID. DO NOT USE.I hired these people to add music recording software to an old mac mini. I told them what I wanted and told them the operating system I had. The tech came by for an hour and we discussed how he would complete this 2 hour job. I paid for one hour. Six months later, after many phone calls and canceled meetings, the job was never completed. The tech agreed to abandon the project and return my money. The owner refuses to return my money.

Have an old Lenovo desktop tablet that was running slowly, turning itself off, and had stopped updating Windows 8 (!) ages ago. Kyle upgraded me to Windows 10, updated several areas including memory and some other computer geek stuff and l have a brand new machine! He had it one day and solved all my problems! Price was awesome and turnaround was insanely fast. Would highly recommend!!!!
