“I have been looking for a part for my old simplicity vac for a while. Could not find on internet because part is obsolete. When I call he did a search through his parts and found an old used part from a Riccar vac that used the same part. He sent pics of it and was the part that I needed. I appreciate the time he took for this part. Now my vac is up and running again. Highly recommend this place for a vacuum or parts if needed. Thanks again for your time.”
