Casey's has gone down hill. Selection with their products suck. Their customer service is terrible. They don't ask you for your rewards ,give you your receipts and they keep your change.

Was denied the sale of lottery tickets because it was too close to close. I've never been told I can't buy them. Seems like laziness from the employee. I assume they didn't want to re do their count on the tickets.

The woman this morning was very nosy about someone’s transaction. It’s distasteful to be ignorant towards customers. Was unpleasant and don’t think I’ll be going back for a while. Absolutely unfriendly environment.

I recently had the pleasure of working with LA, and I have to say, she was amazing. She was super professional and really outspoken, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. She made me feel like a valued customer from the start, always listening and addressing my concerns. LA’s attentiveness and dedication really stood out, and I left feeling great about the whole experience. Honestly, I only go to this place because LA is so inviting, and it’s always a pleasure to see her. She was awesome!

Sent in an online order the order was massively messed up when asked to be fixed they refused to fix said that they could make the other pizza but would have to pay for it will never order food or shop at this Casey’s anymore will also let my friends and family know how the management and store is ran. Vegetarian options: They have a veggie pizza option
Parking: You can park up front, on the right side of the store and at/by the gas pumps
Wheelchair accessibility: On both ends of the side walk in the front of the store are wheel chair accessible

I won't be going back here for my lunch break ever! I went in for a slice of pizza and it is paper-thin and full of grease. The lady told me a medium soda and a slice of pizza is $4 And I ended up paying way more than that and she knew that was what I wanted and didn't even bother telling me I had the wrong cup size! Apparently there is no small cup, it goes medium, large, and extra large I picked the middle cup cause usually that's pretty much always a medium!

Was here tonight around 8 PM. The two young ladies working at the front counter. Were eating behind the counter smacking away. On their phones. There have been other times they will be on their phones face timing and tell you to wait. Very poor customer service.
