I truly regret having to write this, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. I went in for a much-needed nail day and requested my usual dip manicure. Billy applied five layers of dip, which made my nails look extremely thick and chunky. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, thinking he might refine them as he finished, but when he said he was done and only needed to apply the top coat, I voiced my concern respectfully. I explained that they looked bulky and didn’t match the natural shape of my nails, and I simply asked if he could smooth them out.
Instead of addressing my concern professionally, he laughed, stood up, and brought over Nina. While Nina kindly offered to fix them, Billy sat nearby mocking me—telling me I didn’t know what dip was and that I was “too young to be so picky.” At that point, I asked Nina to just remove the nails entirely. I had already been there for nearly two hours, and Billy continued to act disrespectfully, even raising his voice at me in front of others.
I ultimately left feeling upset and charged $50 for a service I could not keep. I went back in to request a refund, as I don’t believe it was fair to pay for such treatment, but Billy continued taunting me loudly from across the salon until Nina had to intervene and remove him.
I have never felt so disrespected as a customer. Many of us know what it’s like to stay quiet about nails we aren’t happy with, just to avoid hurting someone’s feelings—but we work hard for our money, and we deserve to feel comfortable and valued during something as simple as a nail appointment.
I want to be clear that Nina was professional and kind, but what happened with Billy was unacceptable. If an employee cannot handle customer communication respectfully, they should not be in customer service.

DO NOT GO HERE! Absolutely horrible and unacceptable service by the man who is the owners boyfriend. He did a horrible job on my girlfriend’s nails and when she politely asked if he could fix it, he began shouting, called her stupid and told her to never come back. I was on the phone with my girlfriend as this is all going on while she is getting screamed at by this gentleman. On top of it, it took him nearly 2 hours! Do not waste your time nor money at this place. Owner was very polite after the fact but she let her boyfriend do all of this right in front of her. Again DO NOT GO HERE!

Very overpriced for the quality you will receive.
I really like the way the salon looks and how it has the children chair for little kids, however I can’t believe they charged me $65 for a three year olds mani/pedi. After the first day, one nail fell off. I took my daughter back in to have it fixed - but by the second day, majority of the polish had already fell off my daughter’s nails AND toes! This isn’t my daughters doing - this is due to poor prep of her nails and sloppy application of the polish.
For $65, I expect a much longer-lasting finish. The ambiance and kid-friendly touches are great, but the quality of service needs improvement to justify the price. I'd likely look elsewhere for future nail services for my daughter.
I got my nails and toes done too with gel & I paid $110 for both. Which was higher than expected for very basic color (no design). Not to mention, I didn’t even get fake nails - so their pricing is rather high in general. My gel has at least stayed on longer than my daughters but I don’t see how they justify such high pricing, if they are looking for people to return.

NEVER GO THERE!!! It is Over Priced, he changed the price like 3 times, I will Never step inside there again!! He said he was going to charge me $55.00 whether I got any nail color at all, but even a clear coat, I didn’t get a color or clear coat, He charged me $56!😠👎🏼 And the guy that did my nails cute and hurt my pinky. Take pride in your work or don’t do it at all!!

They did an amazing job! Were super friendly and actually talk to you! It was very clean and decent price for the nails we got! They got us in right away and I loved the lady who did my nails!! Will 100% be going back!!!

The pedicures turned out great they look pretty and nice, but paying over $100 when you know they’re talking about your tattoos and questioning if you’re a male or female is crazy and then laughing about it. Most uncomfortable experience. Never again.

Soooooo many issues…
*My friend and I had our nails done not even 24 hours ago and her nail cracked.
*way too much uv top coat in some spots and not enough in other to where the nails are scratchy. My nails BURNED when I placed my hands in the lamp
*the guy doing my nails spilled the polish that the dip powder sticks to, THEN DECIDED IT WAS OKAY TO USE THE SPILLED PRODUCT ON MY NAILS!, keep in mind he did not clean the table after the last customer as I was watching his work, HE HAD ONE OF HER CUT OFF NAILS HANGING OFF MY NAIL and wiped it off and acted like it was never happened
*I only received one layer of the colored dip when my friend received 3 and most places give 3 as well.
*when he cleaned off the table with an alcohol solution that was unlabeled and in a regular spray bottle, HE SPRAYED IT IN MY EYES
* he rubbed in lotion on my hands while there was still left over shavings from him filing my nails!
On top of that,
my nails are so uneven and unflattering it’s ridiculous. I was uncomfortable the whole time I was in the cute nails building.
Photos can’t even show how bad they are.
I don’t think these people are certified for nail services..
Never going back and I would not recommend.

I had a fairly simple inspo picture and the French tip is great but their not the best at stars and flowers. Also very pricey for a fill it was $75

I have searched high and low, across the United States looking for a place who can turn my weathered eagle talons into female human feet. My search has stopped here, in Beaver Dam, WI. Billy turned my Norther CA mountain claws into beach ready Barbie feet I’ve been searching for. I cannot recommend this place enough. Clean, professional, comfortable and GREAT service. I cannot wait to visit again and see Billy. Thank you Cute Nail ❤️
PS, I’d show you my feet but you’d need to pay for that 😜

They always do a great job! And if I have an issue with color or nail they always fix it no problem. My nails last 2-3 weeks every time.
