I go to this Dollar general all the time, and when I pulled up Friday at 9pm an associate came to the door to say they were closed. I told him I thought they closed at 10pm, and he said no, and that they were closed. Then he locked the front door. I'm highly unsatisfied with this experience, and I had to dive to Lima for what I needed.

Waited to be checked out for 10 minutes and my husband even yelled that we needed to check out. Very disappointed!!! I've never had this problem at the one in Montello Wi. Your staff in Beaver Dam WI really needs to play attention to the customers. Not their friends that they are chatting with. Also I'm fairly certain that the delivery driver didn't need any help. No it was not busy. Just a couple delivery drivers. I'm not sure I'm ever going to go there again.

The worst ever. There is never anyone around to give you customer service. It seems like the people are always talking and never working and they’re very very rude.

If I could I would rate it 0 stars. The old man in there tonight was talking about me to one of his co-workers because one of the tubs fell down and broke on accident and tried to make me feel super bad about it. He was absolutely nasty and very unprofessional the way he handled himself after the fact it happened. Customer Service goes a long way.
