Cut my hair different every time. I don't know much about hair, but every time I come back it's a different person and last time it was pretty bad. I tried to be clear about what I wanted but I was very confused and didn't know how to ask for what I wanted. I felt very bad afterwards because the lady who cut my hair was very nice but I don't know. Honestly I need help finding a place that won't mess up my hair.

My husband and I had appointments to get haircuts at 6:45pm. Their waitlist had not uodated in over 55 minutes with 4 people ahead of us. Online says they close at 7pm. We arrived at 6:40pm to a locked door. We can see someone sitting in the last chair on the left ignoring us. When I called it went to a Specteum operator. This is very disappointing deception and service. Attached photo is of my watch with a 6:42pm time stamp to help prove the terrible customer service.

Online check in was way off. Worst part was after all that wait with checking in ahead of time, it was my birthday and I wanted to splurge and get the wash and all, but she said she wouldn't do that. When I looked shocked she seemed to make something up about a leak. Then there wasn't any care with the haircut or even checking my part was correct. Basically cut one length across the back (didn't check it after) and in the chair less than two minutes. I was shocked when she said good to go and took the cape off, didn't feel like anything was even done and when I checked at home the front was longer than the back. Waste of money, you aren't saving anything going to Great Clips, just throwing money away to have to go somewhere else to fix it.

Honestly, I'd give 0 if I could. Didn't even get a hair cut because my estimated wait time went from 30 minutes, to 30 minutes later being 71 minutes, and then 10 seconds after canceling the time jumped another 4 minutes. Absolutely asinine.

Garbage Customer service! I arrived at 3:30pm on a Wednesday afternoon for a "Walk-In" haircut for my son. The door said walk right in, but was locked. There were people inside getting haircuts and one of the stylists looked right at me, and walked away. No concern in the world as to why everything said they were open but their door was locked. I stood at the door for about 3 minutes and observed other stylists looking at me standing at the locked door, but no one came to unlock it, or even explain why it was locked. Complete waste of my time. Have many choices words, but I'll refrain from using them here...
Point being, do NOT recommended, and I would have given 0 stars if able to, but I can't, so had to choose the lowest.

My husband said it was the worst haircut he's ever gotten and he will never go back to this place and won't be recommending it to his buddies either!! The guy who cut his hair not only left a line where hair wasn't evened out, but he made a bald spot and didn't even have the decency to mention what he had done. I was thinking of taking our nephew there for a cut, but after this experience, I could never!
