Have banked with Horicon Bank for over 25+ years. Every situation has been positively resolved with real people... not sure how much longer that would continue as AI becomes more ominous and aggressive, but the past experiences have been favorable.

Grreat! Until I hit post and it did not work? Poor design when survey required selecting a star rating with out asking! Made me guess and waste my time. Because of survey design this is the last survey from HB that I will complete!
