We called the store to ask if they have a product in stock and the girl who answered told us yes they have 2 in stock so when we showed up and looked we couldn’t find them and then ask the lady who answered the phone if she knew where they were and she went to look and told us that there aren’t any in stock or even in the back, Why tell us over the phone that u had 2 in stock but you didn’t have any? When we asked her that she just smiled and said there’s nothing she can do about it

Super friendly and helpful staff, helped me find more variety of what I was looking for after my very vague and not very helpful description. Was nervous taking my GSD in with me as I wasn’t sure how often dogs came in, but everyone loved her and just smiled! She even got some love from the lady helping us.

Normally I have a good experience but the associate in was unfriendly and rude. I was trying to check the prices after they rang everything in because the amount did not add up with the math I did. The cashier was very short with me and snottily told me they thought I was trying to pay. I wasn't able to see the prices until after I got the receipt and we were over charged by $2. I know it's not a lot to most people, but it is to me. I also tried to use a coupon. It didn't work because I had clearance items. Instead of just telling us that the cashier touched my phone to open the coupon. These are coupons Joanns has all the time. The cashier shouldn't need to touch my phone to see. I've never used it for clearance before so I didn't know but a simple explanation would have worked instead of touching my personal property. Honestly kind of turned off by the whole interaction today and will be going into Madison for future purchases. Cashier number 856264

This is my 2nd disappointing trip. About 2 months ago I went with my friend and found knitting needles I had been looking for, but girl working at cash register was very busy and all alone. My knitting needles were locked on display spindle and clerk couldn't help me. Today I went with my husband and they were closed..no lights on. I t was 910a. We went to FarmFleet for over an hour, came back to Joanne's and still locked and dark..it was 1025a. I give up on this store! I live 35 minutes away!

My knitting needles were locked on display spindle and clerk couldn't help me. Today I went with my husband and they were closed..no lights on. I t was 910a. We went to FarmFleet for over an hour, came back to Joanne's and still locked and dark..it was 1025a. I give up on this store! I live 35 minutes away!

Usually I enjoy shopping at this store. But this last time the store was a complete mess. Clutter everywhere. Looked like a tornado went through there.Had a hard time looking for what I needed.

Never used to be like this ?-------------Smaller Joann store.Some cashier's (like ?Heather!) help more than others with coupons. Sometimes hard to find help with questions. Seems understaffed. ? Prefer FDL store.

The store opens at 9am. At 9:01, I arrived and the door was still locked. I waited about 5 minutes, figuring they'd open the doors soon. Then I called, and the employee who answered stated they had a problem and were all waiting in front. I looked around and asked "where? I'm in front and don't see any employees waiting with me." She said they were by the cash registers. Around 9:15 the doors were finally unlocked, with no explanation or apology. All the seasoned employees have been replaced by new younger ones that seem less friendly and responsible.

What craft store doesn't have stencils? I couldn't find anyone to ask for help. So I had to wait in the checkout line where I asked the cashier.

Milly was so helpful. I took a picture of a blanket I crocheted almost 20 years ago with a pattern i really liked. My momma called it the southwest pattern and I had been unable to find it. She told me what the pattern was actually called and showed me how to find the patterns online. I am now happily on row 20 of my new chevron patterned blanket. Always excellent service and friendly helpful employees.
