“Good location and hours so you can always pop in when you need something. The front section may not look huge but they've made sure every bit of space has something for everyone, and the chilled section in back is every bit as large as the main area! Making it great for getting last minute party beverages.”

“Holy cow, welcome now, wander into the Haus,
where curds squeak a tune and cheese rules the house.
Along 151 sits a chalet with cheer,
stacked full of Wisconsin from far wall to near.
Since sixty-two they’ve been slicing away,
cutting and cubing the Wisconsin way.
Cheddar gets better the longer it waits,
two-year, four-year, sixteen-year greats.
