Normally I have a good experience, however I haven’t been to this location in a while. I can see a lot has changed.
There were 2 people working. I was in the store for a good 10min before they even acknowledged me (there was only one other customer in the store). One lady was really short with me when I asked questions, and made me feel like a burden at check out. Rushed through the transaction, I’m assuming so she could go back to socializing with her coworker.
Not sure if Amber still works there, but she was wonderful and made me feel welcome all the past times I’ve been to this location.
But unfortunately the 2 ladies I encountered today need some training on customer service. I don’t think I’ll be back for a while, my experience today was quite disheartening.

New in town, love Maurice’s. Went into the BD store, looked around for 10 minutes. 2 staff in there, neither even looked at me. Will drive back to Hartford for the best customer service.

My experience there was good. I found a couple tops I liked and bought. I do wish they had more selection for plus size women, especially in pants.

Wish they carried the in-between sizes most women wear. I could only find very small or much to large sizes.Staff was not helpful in anything, was never offered a changing room, I had a few things I was carrying in my arms...another person shopping was offered immediately.It's very disappointing when I have to rely on the option of online shopping and then to have to come into the store to return clothes that do not fit, when if they had more sizes it would make for a successful in store shopping experience.
