Employees are great, but dont bother with appliance protection plan through them. Bought a Kitchenaid dishwasher, paid extra for protection plan, it stopped working and the plan determined they wont fix so they cut a check for $550 less than the same device is currently selling for there so i cant even swap it out and this took about a month to get to this point (not to mention first time they sent a tech out for the same claim the plan sent a broken/cracked replacement part delaying the process). Will shop elseware for appliances from now on.

Mary Alice was the sweetest cashier ever!! She makes the 2 hour drive to Menards enjoyable and worth it! We need more people like this in retail! The store was well kept!

Dangerous store lol. I always try to buy online and just pick up which is a great experience but today the store got me in there. The employees are very kind and helpful and I always find what I need. PS it’s only dangerous because I find way more than what’s on my list. Xo

I purchased two windows through menards online. After installing both new windows into my home, I was able to observe a significant bow on the top of one of the windows. Also, both window haf faulty retention springs that would make a loud noise when opening the windows. I couldn't go without windows for over a month as when I ordered them the first time it took over a month to get ordered. I took a picture and video of the issues and called menards. Both associates I talked to said there was absolutely nothing they could do except replace the windows. I told them it was near impossible and improbable to do so as both windows were already in as I couldn't go without windows for a montj in this climate. Very disappointed in customer service and menards in its entirety.

This is one the cleanest and most organized of the area Menards.
Prices have skyrocketed!
10/2024 - Menards is busy stocking the Christmas decorations. I suggest shopping early because things go fast!!!

This is a must stop for us when visiting from Texas. I am always sure to stop at the service desk and request that they build a Menards in Terrell, Texas. I am originally from Wisconsin and sure do miss having a Menards to shop at.

I like Menards...This store however, isn't all that...Bought a new Fridge, the young loading it put a dent in it...so I went to the desk to see if some kind of reimbursement or something could be done...not to the young man he apologized you could tell he felt bad...the lady at the desk asked if it (the dent) was going to be showing or if it was going to face the wall...what does it matter...it took 3 months to get it right so I already mailed in the 11%...and she asked if I had mailed it...I said well yes I bought it 3 months ago...anyway she gave us 50 dollars in Menards credit...WTH...and now we bought a filter for the air conditioner and had to order online...it said it would take 10 days...HA!...Try a month...and the dude at the yard entrance opened my tailgate to look under the tonneau didn't ask just did it..wth...the filter was in the cab!!!...if it wasn't the closest place to go bet that I would go somewhere else...
