Tried calling about an ongoing promotion. When I was looking online, it showed one better price, glitched out, then said a lower savings price. I proceeded to call to see what was going on, and was given an attitude saying how it was different for new or existing customers, saying it was in the fine print, but I was already signed into my account looking at the deals. I don't know what's up with people being so rude all the time, especially over a small simple question.

If I had a nickel for every dropped call with I HAD with US Cellular, I would be more rich than an overpaid athlete. Go elsewhere for service, US Cellular is the absolute worst you can get. Scumbags to boot

My bf went here today to get a phone activated. The employee, Kevin (bald) did not do his job, and is probably racist. My bf went to a different US cellular and they fixed his phone problem in 5 minutes.

Sales consultant Jairo Amaya was very professional and patient. I feel he went the extra mile to make sure I was throughly educated on the new phone. A very pleasant young man. Thank you again Jairo.

Will never go to this location again. I will go to the other us cellular in beaver dam next to family dollar. They have waaaaay less wait time anyway.

Patrice Guerra scammed me and really screwed up my us cell account. I have never had a problem before going into this store, and will just make sure Patrice Guerra never touches my account again. I will always ask to work with anyone besides her. She added 2 extra lines that I had no need for and didn't even want. I've spent months trying to fix what she did to my account and the worst part is she hasn't even tried to help. Terrible customer service, and terrible morals.

Waited for 2 hours guy kept on saying another 15 minutes or so and then we will be right with you. People kept on walking in and being served and coming and I still was sitting and waiting and still wasn't helped. Wish I could of gave no stars.

Rude and very unprofessional staff.I was told that they can't do work for companies with a certain amount of lines. (I have gotten work done there before) and have always been treated as if I am technologically illiterate. Not to mention that the associate stared at my ID and questioned my legitimacy. Anyways, I proceeded to go to the other US. Cellular store across town where they told me that the location I was denied service at was the only one that could work with companies and that the number of lines shouldn't matter. Very disappointing that I was lied to.

for several years I was getting poor reception and dropped calls in Beaver Dam. I switched to Verizon and I have had no issues at all. Some of my family members stayed with US Cellular and it has been a horrible mistake. We recently tried to get a new phone with an insurance claim. I was double charged and they can't figure out how to activate the new phone provided by insurance. I have been on hold for over 20 hours trying to resolve this issue. management at US Cellular cant figure out how to help me and doesn't seem to care. I called corporate and they read me a script and said the issue was out of their control. We are out 200 for the insurance claim, 900 for the remaining balance on the phone and we are going to Verizon. Run away from this store as fast as you can. For someone that has paid over 100K in his lifetime to US Cellular you would think they would do something to help but they won't.

I had an insurance claim for a phone. I was told it would cost 100.00 and my phone would be ready in 24-48 hours. It cost 200 and took a week to get it activated. I put in a total of 26 hours on the phone with customer service and in person at the store to get the phone activated, if I wouldn't have worked relentlessly on this I still would not have a phone. US Cellular offered no apology and just kept passing the blame onto the insurance department. I tried to get a replacement phone and they would not give me one, I tried to get my money back and they refused to do that. I owe 900.00 on my contract and when it is over I am leaving US Cellular and never coming back.

They lie too you. They'll say that your headphones an apple watch are on payments before you leave. then bam next month there trying to charging you full price for everything. Then when you go in an talk to them they just tell you oh you don't have funding for those so you haft to pay full price an you tell them that they told you they where on payments they say that here say. Wiych I recorded the hole conversion. Their customer service is terrible and they don't know what they're doing half the time and they lie to you on the spot instead of telling you the truth. And instead of taking care of the business of the situation they just told me it was here say. I would not recommend to anyone. Now I'm with att an man they hooked me up. Got me the phone I wanted Originally that I wanted from US cellular but they said I didn't have enough credit when I been with them for almost 3 years no more I'm free.

I wish I could give zero stars. Stopped in to start a plan. Was finally greeted after 30 minutes. Two reps working I'm store. I was next in line for an additional 30 minutes before leaving. All I needed was a Sim card. I walked across the street to Verizon and was immediately greeted, set up with a new plan, and was out the door in 15 minutes. From the other customers that were there, this seems to be a regular occurrence of having to wait for extended periods.Would not recommend to anyone.

Checked in at 9:27 to purchase a new phone 5/27222. Finally left just before 1030. Was never waited on and the 2 employees that were on the floor were helping people that came in after me. Worst Customer service ever!!! Will never go to this store again!!!
