Call Beaver Dam store in Wisconsin to get my medicine. They gave me enough for two weeks and told me ithe rest would be ready by Friday Well Friday was here and left no medicine. The woman who took care of me is name is Rosa very bad experience at this store. Asked for the manager, and she said she was the manager Very bad for business very disappointed Didn’t even wanna leave a star

Not the most helpful people. Asked lady to help find something. She just pointed and over there somewhere. Asked if it was covered by insurance said go look for yourself. Shelfs were not very well stocked except for candy and junk stuff. Will go to a different store!

I waited for over 20 minutes for a pick up order. I clicked on the “I’m already here” in the text message I received. Something must be fixed so the orders come out faster.

Drive is minimum 20-30 wait even with just 2 or 3 cars ahead of you. & They treat the furthest lane from the bldg the worst, helping the main lane as priority in a regular basis. I drive a 25 yr old car & am disabled & I've seen cars over heat & breakdown waiting so long in the drive thru. I have to turn my car off because it's a minimum 10-20 min wait per vehicle. Beaver Dam desperately needs a 2nd Walgreens or to expand on this one. The fear of breaking down, espclly 30 miles down the hieay from home & with my service dog in the car, sets in panic every month I need my meds.

Staff very stupid and incompetant . They have given my blood pressure med to some stranger. Every time i fill my Dexcom 7 they try to charge a different price. I have transfered my prescriptions to Hometown pharmacy.I am done with their stupidity.

Undermanned!
I know that it is hard to keep the store and pharmacy manned but the last two times I called and or waited for a Script it took forever...
Good knowledge from the pharmacist however; gave good advise!

The turnover here, is horrid, which is why I believe there are so many pharmaceutical errors. I have been waiting on a delayed refill for 4 days. I realize my medication that is due is not a life-sustaining medication. It is a medication that assists my disability and helps ambulation. Without its use, I find it difficult to get out of bed. I realize they have a lot of customers, but my feeling is: hire appropriate, QUALIFIED staff...treat them right, so they will stay, and perhaps these 'errors' would not take place. I get tired of being told 'sorry for your inconvenience.' This is NOT just an inconvenience...it's devastating to your customers.
