“Was coming to UW River Falls to move my daughter out of the dorms. On my way I had a tire issue, where the tire would go flat slowly. I called them to see if they could help me they were concerned about my safety and recommended I find a place closer to where i was, at that time. But I continued on my way. After moving out my daughter we headed to RF Tires and showed the tire. They said to give them a couple hours. We walked to the nearest Culver's and they called to say the tire can't be repaired due to the plastic piece was found in the tire. They sold me a used tire so I could make it home. Less than $45 I was on my way. Great service and I truly felt that they care about their customers”

“Went to get my oil changed yesterday with my two young sons in the car. One of the men was changing my oil as the other went to look around the back of my car to check my tires. I had recently bought a new car with new tires put on it. The one gentleman told me that the wires on my back tires were showing and I needed to get them looked at right away and that my alignment is probably off in the back of my car! I left the BP and immediately went to where I had bought my car a few months prior. Sure enough, my alignment is off and they will be fixing it and putting new tires on! I REALLY appreciate the men at BP! Who knows what would have happened while I was driving with my boys in the car if they hadn’t told me to get them looked at.
