“So first I want to say the guys at the tire service area are great and do a good job. The issue I have is they have change the way to get to the tire service area from outside. You have to park on the far side of the building to get tires done. There’s a door that takes you inside, but now you can not use it. You have to walk around the building. There’s a blind corner and no sidewalks. It’s a long distance for anyone who has any kind of disability. Who ever made this change clearly does not care for the safety of its customers in anyway!”

“This pharmacy SAVED ME when I first moved to Green Bay.
I was young (just turned 19), very poor, and needed help. Unable to afford anything, this included my essential medications. Eventually, I found out about GoodRx and was able to use the coupons here because they were the most affordable pharmacy. They have a rewards/loyalty program so you can earn points with the money you spend there. My partner now needs medications but does not have insurance. I asked PnS to transfer his medication so he can continue to receive his life-saving medications!
I have always been treated fairly and kindly every time I go there. The staff are professional and timely in filling prescriptions. You really cannot ask for a better pharmacy!”

“I have always a great experience shopping with this Walmart. I had to have a prescription transferred to this Walmart from another state and the pharmacy employee was very helpful with having my prescription filled and ready when I arrived. I have ordered Walmart delivery multiple times and my order was always correct and delivered on time and often times before the expected arrival date. I wish more Walmarts had as great customer service as this one!”
“I absolutely love this pharmacy, you can get medications / different doses, etc. that aren’t available at other pharmacy’s. That makes this pharmacy so very important and shows they are there for their customers! They are always so nice when I’m there or call. I’ve requested to talk to the pharmacist before because I had some questions. It was no problem, I was connected to the pharmacist asap and they answered all my questions. Very polite and helpful!”

“I have been using this pharmacy since Target opened in 2001. The pharmacists are nice and always go over everything with me for new medications and answer any questions I may have. I've gone in to pick up post-surgery meds and then when I come back the next week for a regular RX refill the employees ask how I'm feeling and genuinely seem to care. They always ask me for my phone number for the CVS rewards, which I know they don't have to do so I really appreciate it since I usually forget. When there are issues getting a medication covered by insurance they reach out to my doctor for help. One time an associate went online and looked up a payment assistance program for me, saving me $600/month on a medication that my insurance wouldn't cover. When I call they answer within the first few rings or if I opt to leave a voicemail I always get a call back within the next business day, if not the same day.”

“The best pharmacy team I have ever encountered. I moved 20 mins away and still go here even with a CVS 2 mins away because of the pharmacist Kiera and the rest of the pharmacist techs and team. They always go above and beyond, even tho they are always busy, it’s a small team that I always see working what seems like all the time. But they remain so kind, understanding, and willing to work with me. My first experience with Kiera, I had snapped at her because I was very sick and having issues with medication being refilled, I called after I left and explained why I was in that state and apologized and she immediately understood and was just kind and non judgmental. Especially with me being a recovering addict, she or any of them have never shown judgment over medications, versus other pharmacies I have been treated like a drug seeker. This makes a huge difference for my life and I just appreciate that kind of no stigma no judgment attitude from medical professionals with so many negative experiences in the past.. they and Kiera especially have built personal connections with me, they understand my schedule, get my prescriptions ready so quickly, and if they can’t because of timing, I give them all the time they need as I understand they will put it as priority and won’t forget. They’ve gone out of their way to do things for me without even asking. I just really appreciate them beyond belief and what they’ve done for me over the past couple years, and how easy they’ve made getting the medications I need & how much relief it’s put on my busy schedule. Kiera needs some recognition and praise for her wonderful character and how much she truly cares for each person and how it shows through her consistent bubbly and caring personality. And every pharmacy tech are amazing too.”

My health insurance company was very unclear as to how to use. CVS store clerk knew exactly how to use them, which card was for doctor visits and which card could be used for medical products. “We were Walgreens pharmacy customers for years, but due to several concerns and frustrations with their service and increasingly slower response times filling prescriptions, we switched to a different pharmacy earlier this year. My husband had surgery this afternoon and his doctor sent prescriptions for a pain pill and an anti-inflammatory to the new pharmacy before we left the surgical center, but we were notified they had run out of the pain pill today and it wouldn’t be available until tomorrow at noon! Thankfully Walgreens had it in stock and they were able to fill it tonight before my husband’s nerve block wore off. When I stopped at the new pharmacy to pick up the anti-inflammatory before heading over to Walgreens, I found they were already closed. Our doctor’s office sent that prescription to Walgreens and the pharmacist was able to get me 3 pills to cover my husband overnight until I can pickup the full prescription tomorrow! This Walgreens pharmacist and staff went above and beyond and truly made a difference and it was much appreciated!!”
