Will never do business with t mobile again and will make sure everyone knows about our horrible experience. Not only was our coverage way worse than AT&T, but we also had a few customer services issues with them throughout our time. However, by far the worst was when we decided to leave them.Back story…when we decided to sign up with them they said “we’ll throw on a third line because there is a deal and it’s free anyways. You don’t ever have to use it but can if you decide down the line you’d like to” this was fine obviously. However when we cancelled we had forgotten about the third line and nobody mentioned it. The problem came when t mobile continued to charge us for our full bill…when we called they apologized and stated they would refund us. However the following month came around and we never received a refund and were charged AGAIN for a line we literally don’t even have active. Again we call and they apologized and finally refunded us the $280.This was until we were charged AGAIN…the people were never actually canceling the line. We went into the store and they now we’re saying we’d have to pay $140 for our “last month” again for a phone line we NEVER USED.We called again and nobody seems to want to resolve this despite telling us twice on the phone we would be refunded and it was a mistake. To out of nowhere be like “you need to pay a last bill” after months of us contacting them is unacceptable.We will likely end up paying this bill for a phone line we never used.We absolutely without a doubt will never recommend t mobile to anyone and in fact we believe they will cheat you out of money anyway they can. Not worth it…definitely not worth it.

Amazing customer service at this location. Both the woman and man there were helpful, finding ways to get us what we needed. Cannot praise enough.

I was having a hard time getting my problem taken care of over the phone with the call center. I decided to go into the store for help, Eric helped me and did a great job. The issue was regarding billing and wasn’t his fault but he did everything he could to resolve my issue. Great service!

After purchasing the new iPhone, they needed help setting up the phone and finding how to better use it. Brandon and employee at the store and the manager both were very helpful and welcomed the numerous visits I made to the store to help resolve my issues and show me how to better use the phone, Brandon special interest in photography was especially helpful in showing me the new capabilities of the iPhone 14 over my previous phone

We came from the dark side(ATT) where the problem is always our fault and no one is ever able to help you. T-Mobile reps and support both, never stopped helping us until the issues were resolved. The issues were all due to us having a complicated plan and people in remote locations and nothing T-Mobile did. I worked with people in the store as well as customer support both on live calls as well as messaging and EVERY person I worked with helped and stayed with each issue until it was resolved. Adding an extra line and home internet cut my ATT cell plan bill by almost 1/2, and that included some new phones. Spectacular service!! A+ customer support!!! You guys ROCK!!

We had a nice visit and the employee was so kind and helpful. We came in for an upgrade and even with our two rambunctious kids he was stellar. I have a horrible memory so I forgot his name :( but excellent service!

just left the store in Bellevue and the lady Kim was very rude, inpatient, and Prejudice, kept saying" you people".. don't go to this store.. And she said she was the supervisor ?

The store representatives are either under trained or purposely mislead you and lie to sell new products to make their store numbers look good to corporate. I was given completely false information and left to deal with customer service over the phone which is also a joke. Avoid this location at all costs. Also conducting any kind of business here is the slowest process I've ever experienced. ZERO STARS!!!

I don’t know why we have to do i one star, so we can write a comment. This sore has really bad service this is was the second time I went there and all the said is call customer service, even after I talk them I was waiting for more then an hour and really need it help with my phone. I was there today again and realized I was not the only one receiving the horrible service from them.
