“Definitely deserving of a 5+ star rating, I needed to PCS to Norfolk VA and be there by Monday starting on Friday, Aaron and the guys went above and beyond to fix my muffler, and fix my O2 sensor. The process started on Wednesday and I picked it up Friday, when my car came up with more issues after getting on it after about 3000 rpms or 70mph my car went into limp mode, I quickly called the shop to see if they could help me out one last time and they did so happily staying 4.5 hours after close just to make sure I could safely PCS.

“I took my Subaru in because the a c wasn’t working. I along with a friend who is a former mechanic looked at it and knew the compressor wasn’t working. I let Taylor know that. He analyzed the issue exactly correctly and also did the additional work that my mechanic friend said should be done. Taylor was efficient. He saved me money by getting an aftermarket part and his labor time was less than the dealer which gives you less cost.
I will be bringing my cars in to Taylor in the future.
Besides all that he and Ashley his wife are solid in their Christian faith. So I felt very comfortable in trusting them.”

“There are several really good tire shops in town, but the customer service I experienced here sets Ray's apart from the rest. Not that the other places don't have good customer service, many do, but David at Ray's provided 'Raving Fans' level service. If you haven't read Raving Fans give it a read, it only takes a few hours, then you'll understand what I mean. I was treated like a highly-valued customer that has been doing business there for decades, but it was my first visit. This is now my #1 option in Green Bay for tire/repair services.”
“I was stranded in the parking lot next door, my vehicle wouldn't shift out of park, I thought I was stuck. I looked over and noticed this repair facility was within walking distance. I was welcomed by smiling, helpful staff. Brent the technician promptly drove over to my vehicle, diagnosed the problem and was able to limp my vehicle over to the facility. My vehicle was fixed in under a day, I am so thankful for their willingness to help and the compassion they showed towards my situation. I will refer all my friends and family to this repair facility, as well as myself returning for my service needs in the future. Their pricing is very reasonable and fair. “Been taking the work truck here for 3 years now, never had any issues. The guys are always real friendly and explain what they are doing as they do it. They tell you the prices and deals if they’re running any before selling any extra services, great transparency! The top off policy is really great, especially in these colder months when you go through washer fluid a lot faster. Many different faces throughout the last few years, but the service never changes. The higher price is worth being able to stay in your car, and not having to wait for hours like you do at a normal shop.”

The machanic didn't hesitate to grab his tools and drive us over to my van and very aptly get my door opened. “Unfortunately, I was out of town so I did not have the opportunity of physically meeting the owners of this place. However, I did deal with the woman on the phone. She answered all of my questions, helped me find the best deal was super flexible as I arranged and canceled an appointment multiple times lol.
