Pharmacy’s familiar with messing up my prescriptions and had the audacity to still charge for their MISTAKES. A little too comfortable at being terrible. TEA. 🍵 Or they’re not open when they’re supposed to be and they’re ALWAYS a week and a half behind schedule. If you hope to get a prescription in a timely manner, you will be let down. They were so SLOW and totally threw my health off. Unacceptable! They should just close the pharmacy at this point. Would NOT recommend. They really know how to piss people off. I’d rather off myself than have to deal with this pharmacy ever again. 🙄
On a brighter note; they’re in a great growing location and you can see the view of a beautiful sunset before getting screwed over.

Loved my experience in this particular store. Dominic went above and beyond to help me get my prescription through my insurance. Made everything way less stressful and he made me laugh the whole time. Truly exceptional employee and location!

I LOVE using the Walgreen’s app to order prints of pics on my phone! The photo lab Mgr (Thomas) is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! The prices are VERY reasonable, also.

Refused a GoodRX coupon, upcharged OTCs, by upwards of $10 vs the CVS (in the target) across the street from them. Won't be going back.

HORRIBLE Pharmacy experience. The lady that helped us both times is a short RED HAIR. I initially was here with my husband. They told him COVID shots were NOT covered by our insurance and that GoodRx coupons did not work. Yet we went to a different location and everything worked fine. Today I was there to receive two prescriptions that were supposed to be ready. When I got there the red hair lady was horribly rude again , she said that it would take 2 hours and that my insurance did not cover them it was not true. I’m officially switching over this lady is HORRIBLE.

Worst Pharmacy Ever!
This store and it's pharmacy is the worst. They close pharmacy hours early all the time, unannounced, and then when you try to submit a complaint about it the leader at the time couldn't care less and didn't even want to take my complaint and wanted to just ignore it even after I asked to submit a formal complaint. The management here is horrible! Especially their new pharmacy manager. You know how I know the pharmacy hours change is totally unannounced? Because a family member works at this store and he did not even know they changed the pharmacy hours til I told him!!
Never go here! My family will be in pain tonight all because this pharmacy chose to cut employees hours to save money, then cut pharmacy hours due to lack of workers.
Shame on you Walgreens Lime Kiln. Shame!

Terribly understaffed. They honestly need twice the number of pharmacy personnel. I feel bad for the employees that have to work like that. I hope the company is hemorrhaging customers for it's decisions to operate in such a fashion. There are plenty of other pharmacies; choose somewhere else.

This review is strictly for the pharmacy department. The line is and has always been long. The red haired pharmacy tech is rude and violates HIPPA violations by sharing customers information. (I politely mentioned this to her as I witnessed it and that's when she caught an attitude and then proceeded to ignore me) I'd also like to mention that every time I have a prescription due, there's always an issue, every single month. I recommend CVS or a different Walgreens location.

I haven't had any issues at this Walgreens. Employees have always been nice and I haven't had any bad encounters as someone who comes here often. Its in a convenient area

Takes multiple days to get a simple prescription filled. Told it will take an hour and when you come back the next day it is still not filled.Take your medications elsewhere if they are important.Incredibly rude staff in the drive through.

I am a senior-senior. Went to pick up a prescription at drive up window and was told not ready and, they were going to lunch. This was one-thirty. Came back at three-fifteen, pharmacist came and said not ready and had just been received. Not true! My doctor' office called this morning with the order. I asked when it would be ready...half hour or so, not true, busy with appointments. He said I could wait in the store. I wasn't dressed for that. That's why I drove up to the window and wasn't feeling well. Hence I needed a prescription. I won't be going here again!
