Terribly understaffed. They honestly need twice the number of pharmacy personnel. I feel bad for the employees that have to work like that. I hope the company is hemorrhaging customers for it's decisions to operate in such a fashion. There are plenty of other pharmacies; choose somewhere else.

This review is strictly for the pharmacy department. The line is and has always been long. The red haired pharmacy tech is rude and violates HIPPA violations by sharing customers information. (I politely mentioned this to her as I witnessed it and that's when she caught an attitude and then proceeded to ignore me) I'd also like to mention that every time I have a prescription due, there's always an issue, every single month. I recommend CVS or a different Walgreens location.

I haven't had any issues at this Walgreens. Employees have always been nice and I haven't had any bad encounters as someone who comes here often. Its in a convenient area

Takes multiple days to get a simple prescription filled. Told it will take an hour and when you come back the next day it is still not filled.Take your medications elsewhere if they are important.Incredibly rude staff in the drive through.

I am a senior-senior. Went to pick up a prescription at drive up window and was told not ready and, they were going to lunch. This was one-thirty. Came back at three-fifteen, pharmacist came and said not ready and had just been received. Not true! My doctor' office called this morning with the order. I asked when it would be ready...half hour or so, not true, busy with appointments. He said I could wait in the store. I wasn't dressed for that. That's why I drove up to the window and wasn't feeling well. Hence I needed a prescription. I won't be going here again!

came to pick up a prescription order here as a doordash driver only to find out that the pharmacy handed out the order to someone else without checking to see what items they were picking up. I asked them how they could do that as a pharmacy and they just said “it’s a learning experience” and made no effort to solve the problem on their own, so I had to. hilariously unprofessional behavior.

Been using this location for a while now and the service at the pharmacy is getting worse. I was on hold for 29 minutes only to get very poor service. The girl was talking super fast and I can tell she just wanted to get me off the line. All I needed was update on my prescription. The pharmacist hadn't reviewed it since yesterday. I was told it would be ready next day and the girl hung up very quickly.

I was just there an hour ago. I bought sugar free licorice which is extremely hard to find. A friendly and helpful mature blonde woman assisted me. I wish I would have noted her name. She is exceptional.

Very run service by older skinny lady with glasses. Doesn't know information and gets attitude when asked. Won't be coming here again. Hopefully she loaded the money correctly due to not being in my account yet.

I was just In the store buying a bunch of gift cards and while I was waiting in line to make my purchases the customer in front of me had some trouble with the cc machine and The cashier whose name is Gordon weathered a lot of that frustration. He handled himself professionally and when she left and it was my turn, I felt like what happened before me didn't even happen. He was courteous, polite and knowledgeable. Thank you Gordon for treating me better than you were just treated. I appreciate your professionalism.

We came here to pick up a doordash order. My partner picked up the items while I took a look around the store for myself. The cashier working, “Krista”, stared at us the whole time we were in her point of view, and then went out of her way to walk out from her station to peer at us down the aisles. Then she was silent and unresponsive at checkout, gave us strange looks. It made us extremely uncomfortable considering there was only one other person in the store with us at the time. Such strange behavior made me feel very unwelcome in the store and I definitely don’t want to come back in to have this experience again…

I’m sorry but if your pharmacist is out sick, Walgreens needs to cover that position. There’s no excuse to close the pharmacy after 4pm, people need their medicine.

I have been going here for years and just recently they have been so rude and don’t care about you. I have been on the hold they put me on for 63mins and counting as I type this. They charged my husband for 2 prescriptions(for the same thing nausea) one he was suppose to pick up just sent by my doctor yesterday and one that they were suppose to put back last week due to me being prescribed a new medication because the other was to expensive and the over the counter version did not work. When I was crying on the phone they put me on hold and still have not come back on the line the phone keeps ringing back to them they pick up and put me on hold again without saying anything. Very disappointed and disgusted that they are this way to sick people….

Pharmacy is closed Sundays. Crowded other times--impossible Saturdays, Drive through closed . No way to socially distance, Staff closed for lunch, rude attitude. I will change to another
