“I messed up the date of mail forwarding by a couple of days and needed a letter asap. It was scheduled to be delivered today according to informed delivery. I was able to call the CC post office and spoke with them immediately that they still had my letter and it was marked for forwarding and I was able to come pick it up at the post office this afternoon. Great service!”
