I took my weed wip,motor to get fixed, weed wip was string problem, and happy weed wip. But mower was a other thing, could remove problem. Took it to lawn mower shop and it was a minor problem. Replace the oil gasket, was leaking, and clean carburetor and clear line and any debrea in tank. I learn now on not take any small engine too a e hardware o more. But still be going to store for supply's. They billed me on mower for what?

The store is great. It's Ace Corp that needs to revamp their severly outdated rewards program. Coupons that only work for in store purchases and on select products. Reward Coupons that exspire, within 30 days, reward points that exspire within 1 year
Even though Ace may be closer to my customers' home, I am finding it harder to justify buying the products i need from Ace. The prices are higher, and the rewards program has several flaws that are not being addressed. (Long-term issues). As I have said, the physical store is not the issue. They are helpful and polite.
It's all on ACE Corp. Keep everything as is and lose out on small business sales OR take a hard look at what you're offering and fix it, so it falls in line with the world we live in??? Change is scary, but sometimes change is what needs to be done.
Time will tell how much my business buys from ACE...
