The worst customer service I have ever seen. They will do anything they can to hold your assets captive, even if it's illegal, and threaten you with lawyers to scare you off. Never take out an auto loan, mortgage, or credit card with them you will regret it.

looks like all the bad reviews are from the customer service reps and not anyone at this location. I've never had any issues with anyone at the one on 4th St, they are all great, and go above and beyond to help

Literally the worst Customer Service of any company I've ever dealt with.Was given misinformation and rude tone by a rep named Nina and canceled my card without solution.Dealt with a supervisor for fraud and this separate issue named Latissia.Absolute trash representatives give no solutions just rather be rude.Trash humans same old same old.

I opened my new account with Advise Credit Union Bank with Diane, one of the Managers. I was treated like I was the one and only customer. I feel secure and very happy to have not only find a Home Bank but finding Great Customer Care.

First, I can never reach a local branch on the phone. I have had many accounts with Advia for 10 years. I recently purchased a new vehicle which resulted in a "new" auto loan, with Advia. It's been 5 months. My previous auto loan was through advia as well, that I had for 4 years. I contracted COVID and was out of work for 3 weeks. I called to request a one month extension on my loan. One month, that's it. I was denied that because my loan was "too new". Sky told me to just be late because they don't report it for 15 days. Well, I've never been late with a payment, ever for anything.Way to go taking care of your members Advia!!

I have been a member of Advia Credit Union - including all the name changes - since 1974 and have found them to be great to work with. Everyone - both on line, on the phone and in person - have been well-knowledgable, polite, easy to work with, have corrected my mistakes with no finger-pointing and have convenient locations. Not much more to ask for. Thank you all for being there when needed. Be safe.

The only thing I dont like about the bank is the way they double charge for overdrafts. The bank charges for a pending withdrawal that MIGHT overdraft an account and then when it clears the account also. They also take a long time for payments to clear the accounts. Payment made to IRS cleared in hours, but monthly payment or anything else takes 3 to 7 days to clear account. Stupid.

Atm lock you out of your account if you attempt to take more than 200$ out of your account by saying you've exceed your maximum transactions for 24hrs

Dallas is really respectful and professional, she is a really hard worker. The branch is very clean and they are really quick to get what you need done.

I have had an account with Advia since before, when they were First American CU. Advia hands down is the best financial institution to keep your money in if you're a regular Joe. Their rates are competitive and the fees are understandable. I had an issue with an account being charged fees and they returned the fees without hesitation due to being misinformed. I would tell anyone asking where to open an account to bank with Advia.
