I just moved to Beloit in June and I have to say this towns people are so rude. Let me be clear. I didn’t even get to see Rehnein because I was so disgusted with his assistant. I filled out the form which asked about surgeries in which I listed the condition I had surgery for but she said you didn’t list it. She asked if I had my medical records sent over which I hadn’t because I didn’t know I needed to. Mind you everything which came out of her mouth had a bit of snark in it. I handed her my glasses so she could measure the prescription and she asked me if I brought my prescription (mind you I’m there to get my vision checked) to which I said no and as her backs to me I see her shake her head and that’s what broke the camels back for me. I said I’m done. I don’t like how you’re treating me and I walked out.
