If I could give it no stars I would. She works with several people in between processing hair INCLUDING BLEACH. She damaged my hair and over processed the f*** out of it. I paid $170 for this and was rejected a refund and all she offered was a hair treatment which did not help at all. My hair started falling out. It looks fried. It's so fragile and it feels like elastic. Not to mention my hair isn't even as I had asked. The blending is TERRIBLE and it's a half a** job. The back is terrible and there is little to no toning. Not worth my money or time. BE CAREFUL!

I tried to make an appointment to get my hair colored and cut and they told me that if I wasn't Spanish they could not help me. I am a black woman and find this establishment to be very racist . So I asked the woman if I am not Spanish you will not do my hair. she said yes I advise people to stay away from this racist establishment .
