this shitty bank fumbled a $100 atm withdraw on a weekday and refuses to give it to me even though it was an error in their system. occurred on a weekday during business hours and 24 hours later it is still not resolved. this could happen to you. what if it was $1000 or even $10000? if you can't trust them handling a $100 withdraw, how can you trust them with your life savings? look for another bank.

Stopped by earlier today as I needed a new debit card since mine had to be canceled due to someone was making fraudulent purchases with it. I needed the card today as we have bills that needed to be paid today as well. Teller Kaylee told me that they would not have someone available to print cards until 2pm, I said I would return later, and went to find something to kill the hour wait. Upon my return I am now informed by another teller that I need an appointment to get a new card and that they were completely booked for the day. I had now wasted over an hour of my time and gas, which normally would be a mild inconvenience, except for the fact that I'm 9 months pregnant and should be sleeping for work tonight. So I now had to drive another 30 minutes to another branch to get my card printed an overall spent over 2 hours in the middle of my sleeping time and a quarter tank of gas chasing a simple debit card.

Stopped in to have a donation jar of change counted for the rescue I volunteer for. The teller noticed the jar in my hand and said ”the change counter is already shut down for the night”. If the doors are open and it's within your hours of operation, you should never turn a customer away because it's inconvenient.

Had to get change and they were very friendly, didn't ask questions or give me a hard time even though I don't bank there. Keep up the good work for your local community.

As a student at Beloit College, the bank is not that accessible as it's almost a 40 minute walk away. That being said, beautiful service and great staff!
