“I had a great experience at this location today. Calvin B. was very friendly and very helpful and did everything with a smile. I was greeted when I came inside. I was asked if I needs help finding anything. The employee found me exactly what I needed. My engine light was on and he hooked up the tester. He found out I need the ignition coils replaced and looked at up the part and let me know how much they would cost and gave me a printout. I definitely prefer this location. I give 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I have had Kevin repair 2 different cars. Each time my car has left looking better than it did before the accident. He has a high attention to detail. He is able to get OEM parts at the price of CAPA parts and will take panels off the car to properly paint them. He is also great at dealing with insurance and communicating over the course of a claim/repair. This last time, he even buffed my headlights and vacuumed my car, including the headliner and my muddy dog backseat cover.”

“Before you read my review about Trick Chassis, please understand that under normal circumstances I don’t write reviews after I make a purchase. This is probably due to my “old School” upbringing, if you can’t say something nice, don’t say anything at all.I spent quite a bit of time investigating different merchants, their products, and reviews, then I placed an order with Trick Chassis for a ford 9” differential (for my 89 Camaro RS.) The kit I ordered was a differential housing with axles and brakes. When the order was received, the first thing I noticed was the quality of their work. The welding was excellent, I can say that with total confidence because of my background in welding aerospace components. The next thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the part, there was very minimal cleanup to perform prior to beginning the assembly work. Now things don’t always go as we plan, and this was no exception. There were two minor hiccups with the order. The response to those hiccups tells the tale about Trick Chassis. The axle retaining plates were accidentally omitted from the shipment, when I contacted Trick Chassis about the two missing plates the issue was resolved at lightning speed.The next issue was not Trick Chassis fault, Strange Engineering supplies their axle kits, and appears to drop ships direct to the customer (according to the invoice). Because of this Trick Chassis had no way to know the axle bearing collar locks were incorrect. When I notified (emailed) Trick Chassis they answered my email in under 24 hours, they identified the correct parts and sent them out as a priority (Trick Chassis didn’t try to pass me off to Strange Engineering). The way Trick Chassis responded to these issues is not something I am accustomed to anymore. Like I told Alex, it’s like taking a step backwards in time to when customer service was job one, and it makes Trick Chassis one of a kind not one of many.In my opinion if you research the product you are interested in, take time to read reviews, and compare pricing, the road will lead you to Trick Chassis.”

The first one didn't work/fit so he cane out to check and see and got it all taken care of. Might start making the 3.5 hour drive from home to here to get what I need. I was able to just drop it off and picked it up later. Shane was my service rep, he was friendly. I would go back for service again. Side note... the friends we're visiting went there looking for a car for their son. Apparently the sales team there was not friendly or helpful at all. Not only did they not get up from their desk to greet or help them, it was almost too much for them to even look up and have a conversation.”

“I live about 45 minutes from this Napa. I was working at a customers location in South Beloit. I need some hydraulic hoses made up for the job I was doing. They did a nice job making up the hoses. They fit perfectly. It was a hot day so I asked if they sold any drinks. They didn't have any for sale but the guy helping me out offered me a cold bottle of water from the employees mini fridge. It hit the spot! We need more people like him in this world.”
