And even faster getting me my car back! Plus they did it so cheap, I didn't even need to make an insurance claim! If you want great work, for the cheapest around this is your spot! Plus they are good people, this is definitely my go to spot! 5 stars isn't good enough! Thanks tony!”

The service department took the time to explain everything that was done to my car and answered all my questions about my Cadillac. While I was waiting, I looked at their cars for sale and it seems like they have a wide variety of price ranges and styles! I'll definitely be coming here for my next vehicle because of the customer service!”

“Drove to Beloit to visit some friends, and needed an oil change/service. I went to BW just because I have a new Silverado. Called the day before and got an appointment. I was able to just drop it off and picked it up later. Shane was my service rep, he was friendly. I would go back for service again. Side note... the friends we're visiting went there looking for a car for their son. Apparently the sales team there was not friendly or helpful at all. Not only did they not get up from their desk to greet or help them, it was almost too much for them to even look up and have a conversation.”

“I want to give a huge thank you to Matt & Brian at the Walmart Auto Care Center! I had a nail in my tire and it was losing air, so I brought in my spare tire that was already mounted on a rim. Even though they normally work by appointment only, they were kind enough to help me out and switch the tires for me. It's so nice to know there are still people who go above and beyond to help others. I truly appreciate their kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service. They made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you again to the auto department team! Highly recommend!”
