“The dealership took FIVE days to get me a quote and today they just called saying they cant find d a replacement window. I called these guys on Friday, window broke thursday night, and if I was willing to drive to Janesville they coukd have replaced it the next day Saturday. I had to work so they came to me Monday morning. They gave me a quote $60 cheaper than anyone else and they were able to complete the job well before the dealership and safelite. I hope I never have another broken window again but I promise if I do these guys are my FIRST call. Its hard to find that level of customer service these days. Good job guys!”

“I arrived late afternoon and even though there were potential buyers and some simply waiting for their cars the entire sales team, including the manager and service team, popped into action for everyone looking at or buying a Mazda. “It’s crazy cold right now! My battery froze up and wouldn’t even take a jump! Spent the past few hours getting triple AAA to come get the car started- once started I went straight to Oreillys on West Court street in Janesville- WILL (not sure if that’s his name 1/20 around 1:15pm) was HORRIBLE! Although they state changing batteries is one of their services- which I was in dire need of Will let me know he was not interested in getting his fingers cold and would not provide the service- this location should be closed down and he needs a different position as he is far to soft to be working with the public or with his hands. I than drove to the location on Milton and Jaydin saved our day!!!!! He promptly changed the battery with no hesitation and did so thoroughly!!!! I gave him $50 as I know that cold air was rough!! FIRE WILL AND CLOSE WEST COURT THEY ARE TRASH!”
