Amazing part of my visit was I was getting yelled at in medical terms about me Drinking to much Water ? Everything in my Body peachy because I Drink ? Just Water yall. Great time with Dr. Hailee

I was misdiagnosed by dr rangowski. He lied on my chart and said another dr said I didn’t have it and the dr never even gave me any test. There uw affiliated just don’t try suing they will destroy your hold life. What they did made me end up in a mental institution where I had a heart attack and anaphylaxis because of him misconstruing my mast cell activation diagnosis up

I just got off the phone with a woman name Brenda in Central scheduling. She was so sweet and so helpful. I had to make three different appointments with three different doctors and she was amazing. Way to go Brenda.

I myself haven’t had the best experiences at this clinic but every time I take my mom to her appointments doctor Teccaro and nurse Christine have always been very kind and compassionate and are so good with my mom which means so much to me. I would give them alone 5 stars

You there and find out for yourself why it’s a 2.5-.9 rating. My husband now has to suffer because the doctor wants to go home early and not deal with another patient after their last patient was a now show yet we still made it to be told never mind don’t feel like helping. See the schedule and see if you can get in another 4 months.

Visited the Urgent Care on 4/15 @ 1pm. The receptionist was rude. When asking for insurance she spoke over me. Very disappointing.

I have been seeing Doctor Fanopolous for 2 years. He's the most dismissive and unhelpful doctor I've ever had the displeasure of seeing. He is in the room for less than 10 minutes. He does not review prior x-rays before making any recommendations. I had to bring someone with me to an appointment just to have some backup to get him to actually LISTEN to the complaints. Currently I am over a week waiting for a call back about a medication he was supposed to start me on. The appointment was 3 weeks ago. I would be done but unfortunately he's the only option I have. If you have another option for Rheumatology PLEASE take it and don't look back.

My husband and I have had nothing but great experiences with our primary physician Dr Jack-ky Wang and several other Drs we have visited. It’s a 30 mile round trip for us passing other medical facilities on the way but we trust both the clinic and the hospital with our health.

Automated message says (paraphrased) “one of our amazing call center specialists will be with you shortly. Current wait time is excess of five minutes. . .choose 1 to receive a return call. . .we will give you a call back when it is your turn at the top of the queue” which turns out to be forget it, we’re not ever going to call you back!!!

Rather go to the clinic, the hospital is a joke, went in, waited 30 minutes, then called by a group of 3s to walk us to our room, and then I saw 1.. 1! Doctor in an hour and 50 minutes! I had to walk to the desk to ask for a warm blanket, cause no call button right. Worse experience in my life at a hospital

I'm an out-of-state transplant, and recently signed up for a primary care physician at BHS. The staff are so friendly and helpful from the moment you walk in the door. Everything went smooth and efficient. Dr. Blomberg and her nurse were very compassionate and attentive. I felt very at ease.I also saw Dr. Matloob in ortho. The receptionist was very nice, and his nurse (Beth) was so kind. Dr. Matloob was very informative, letting me know my options. When he gave me the shots he was repeatedly apologetic, because he knew what a sensitive the area was. He told me exactly what to expect, as well as when the shots would take effect.BHS is so streamlined and efficient. An overall great experience!

We have called 7 times for a doctor authorize a medication for the insurance. The desk stated they put in critical for Dr. Elize nurse to call us back. The nurse never called us back how do we know our doctor is getting these messages? Dr. Eleize is amazing this isn't him we are waiting on his nurse it's horrible never return phone calls let me tell you we asked for the nurse to call us back 2 times nothing.
