I am disappointed to report that my recent transaction with Steve at this dealership has been unsatisfactory. After purchasing a newer race bike, which was supposed to be ready for use the next day, I encountered issues at the track. The bike failed to start, and despite repairs, the same problem persisted after only two rides. With fewer than four hours of usage, I expect a higher level of quality and service from a dealer, including a comprehensive pre-sale inspection.

Bad business to deal with.
Order special order part by giving owner vin# model# etc for motorcycle, part shows up wrong. I still have to pay restock fee when owner selected wrong part for motorcycle. Wrong. This business can continue to go downhill if that's how they treat customers.

Very friendly staff and positive customer service! Had gone to a non Honda dealership and was met with ridicule and disappointment as they didn’t have the model I wanted in stock and the sales team were old fashioned (if you get what I mean). Called this place up and they had it on the floor! Drove an hour to pick up My CMX500abs ! Love it very much, this purchase will stay memorable for me with how friendly Jason and Steve were! After a sour interaction hours before replaced with a loving relationship with Honda! These guys even helped load up the Motorcycle onto our Truck! Thanks again Steve and Jason you guys made my year !
I’m already practicing in lots with it and pleased.
Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for beginner bikes !

Found myself in a bit of a bind with a flat tire. I spoke with Jason and asked if there was any way he could help me get back up and running. He didn't hesitate. Not only did the guys get me taken care of in 15 minutes but the cost of the repair was great. Thank you to the whole team I'll definitely be returning.

Jason and Steve are hands down a great couple of Honda dealers. They know the product and don't push buying. I purchased my honda within 1 week of meeting with these 2. I will be buying another bike in the future.

Bought my first Honda Shadow from facebook, ran home 16 miles fine. Changed out battery, it would not start. Steve patiently worked to make it run again. He is truly capable, professional and honest Honda certified mechanics. It is a rare gem nowadays. Beloit Honda will be my only stop for all bike related. Had i know about their used bikes and new bikes, i would've bought from them instead of facebook. Huge selection with good deals. All other bad reviews is unfair to Steve and his staff. The dealership is in business for 10+ years, there has to be good staff. Many thanks again to Steve.

Steve and his staff have always taken real good care of me. I am glad we still have a Honda dealer somewhat close by. There are not many left, and I will not go to the other major brand HD

My boyfriend and I went to go pick up a CBR 1000 RR. Jason and Steve (there was another really nice gentleman) but were incredibly helpful. They even helped us strap the bike down for a long ride home. They were very personable, friendly, but not overbearing. They made us feel super welcome and we will definitely be back. I highly recommend this place. Best powersports dealer I’ve ever been to and we have been to a bunch in Wisconsin (15+)

I had a great experience with the guys at Beloit Honda. I worked with Steve and Jason about putting a cab on a UTV that I recently purchased. Great customer service and very knowledgeable.

Went to talk about trading in my Yamaha for a GW. “I’ll give you a call and see what we can do”. Nothing. Okay… called a month ago asking for a quote on tires. “Okay, I’ll call you back shortly”. ? Nothing. I’m not gonna chase these guys from the Beloit stealership to take my money, lol. At least now I know to find an honest dealer and stick with them. Plenty of options out there.
