I was promised a full tank of gas from my salesman. When doing paperwork, the manager said he couldn’t do the gas, but would give me a Ram ball cap. However, the manager ultimately didn’t do that either for some reason. I also requested the dealer provide an owners manual for the 2022 Ram Limited Red Edition. But that request went unanswered as well. So, aside from these issues, I guess the purchase went fine. I am happy with the vehicle.

Bought a 2021 Ram 1500 from here yesterday and the process was a breeze, compared to the all day long process I experienced at a Kunes dealership on my previous vehicle this was extremely pleasant. I did not expect to drive out same day so I did not have my trade in completely clean/cleared out and the man selling me the truck (David D) not only provided me with Bryden logo’d bags to put my stuff in but he helped move things over to my new truck. Then to top it off he sat in the new truck and helped me go through all the vehicles features and helped set everything up. Also Alvin was my loan guy for the purchase and he was very professional while being very detailed and keeping me informed every step of the way. Everything about my experience buying here was great, I will be going here for years to come!
