My truck was in an accident. They partially fixed it. The brakes went out as I drove it off the lot. I took it back to them. The wanted an additional $800 and said it wasn't their fault. They never test drove the vehicle. Their quality is terrible. I will never go back. Do NOT recommend

Drove to Beloit to visit some friends, and needed an oil change/service. I went to BW just because I have a new Silverado. Called the day before and got an appointment. I was able to just drop it off and picked it up later. Shane was my service rep, he was friendly. I would go back for service again. Side note... the friends we're visiting went there looking for a car for their son. Apparently the sales team there was not friendly or helpful at all. Not only did they not get up from their desk to greet or help them, it was almost too much for them to even look up and have a conversation.

I made an appointment for service on my Equinox after the engine light came on. After no confirmation of the appointment or a return phone after leaving several messages, I did not bring my car in for service. I called on April 1st and spoke to Shane. I explained to him about the missed appointment and told me to bring the car in. I explained to him that the engine light had just come on so I wanted it checked out. The first call from Shane came later that afternoon with the first diagnosis. I needed new timing chains. He also said I needed a new exhaust system. I informed Shane that I did not have the total amount needed to make the fixes. After talking with him, I decided to hold off on the exhaust system and told him I would call him back when I could figure out how to pay for the timing chains. Shane called me back a half hour later and said he got the price down to a third of what was quoted. I agreed to have the work done. I received a phone call the next day from Shane. He said that I needed a new engine. I told him that there was no way I could come up with that amount to fix my car. He asked if I had a warranty for the car I went to the service department first thing the next morning and gave Shane the warranty. He contacted the warranty company. They came out and took pictures and luckily they agreed with your service department and a new engine was ordered. The engine was installed and the timing chains were covered too. On the day I went to pick up my car, it would not start. Shane came out to jump it but that did not work. He brought out Joe, the mechanic who worked on my car. He said it was not battery. The battery was fine. I needed a new starter. He then proceeded to crawl underneath my car with a hammer. He started banging on what I can only assume was the starter. The car would not start. Joe starting laughing at me and said "Betcha didn't think that was going to happen." Shane said he would call the warranty company again and see if they would cover a new starter. I received a call from Shane the next day stating that the starter would be covered. He then told me that while Joe was working on my car he noticed that I needed new brakes. I agreed to have the brakes fixed. I did not receive any paperwork stating that I needed new brakes. The bill did not include the diagnosis. On April 23th, I went to pick up my car. My car was in your service department for 23 days. I now had a new engine, new starter and new brakes. The next day my car would not start and the check engine light was on again. I had to call an Uber to get home. The next morning I called Shane as soon as the service department opened. He said he was 99% sure I needed a new battery. He told me he could send someone out to jump start the car and that was the only thing he could do for me. When I told him I would have to get a ride back to work, he did not offer to have someone come pick me up. I had to call Uber. When I got to work, I decided to call roadside assistance and have them check the battery. When the assistance arrived, he checked the battery and it was fully charged. There was nothing wrong with the battery. Somehow he got the car started and I headed right to your service department. I demanded to talk to the GM and was informed you were out of town. I was directed to the service manager. I was taken back to his office where I feel I was made fun of because I was having all these problems with my car. I was given another loaner car and was told that the service manager would drive my car personally to figure out what was wrong with it. I received a call from Shane stating that there was a problem with the indicator code because of the battery being removed when the new engine went in. He told me the car was ready to be picked up but I told him I would not be picking up the car until Monday, after the service manager could personally drive the car. Shortly after, I received a call from Craig stated he would have my exhaust replaced for a discount. He said he could do this because he was sorry for everything that ha

Recently took my H3 in for a recall. The atmosphere & staff were amazing! They didn't try to upsell like you normally see at dealerships & they were super friendly! I will be taking my vehicle back - even doing the 30 minute drive to do so!

My sales person was really nice. I didn't feel pressured to buy just any vehicle I told him what I wanted and he helped me find it. I told him what my price range was and he worked really hard to make sure we were within my price range. He answered all my questions and made sure I was happy.
