The manager or supervisor never gets back to the people she supposed to serve! It’s been over two weeks and she still hasn’t answered my calls or even responded when I go in person there seems to be nobody else to help me with my problem. How is it for the community when she pick and choose who to serve?? Is there someone over her head that can help????

Ryan from Quigley smart showed up at my front door to replace my water heater. I had a preplanned surgery that day and had to leave him alone and asked him to please lock the door behind him when finished. Upon my returning hours later, Ryan was sitting in his truck. I was surprised to see him and he said he stayed to show me some things. He had installed the new water heater but when he went to check the water temperature, he saw I only had a drizzle of water coming from my kitchen tap. So Ryan called a plumber and got my tap fixed. I had been filling buckets of water from my bathtub just to do dishes! Ryan went above and beyond for me and he never knew that in June I lost my nephew to murder. His name was Ryan. My angel Ryan sent me a living Ryan to be my angel that day!! I love Quigley Smart and Community action!

We went to this place multiple times and finally found them open and someone was there just starting a process with paperwork and federal assistance which was granted to the State of Wisconsin in aid to help people with rent/home payments and to get on their feet. Pandemic Federal Funding, many prayers being answered with this! A place to be grateful for.
