I survived a nightmarish experience with deactivating an old phone which got broken, cracked, and dropped into a fresh bowl of toilet water...I think I should have flushed it! I received zero help from the store it was purchased through in 2017. When countless people told me to go to Cricket...I did. And...what a fabulous help and outstanding customer service, above & beyond excellent. Miguel is the man to see at the Cricket store on Prairie ave. Where the old Kentucky Fried Chicken and Shopko parking lot. Can't miss them. Go...tell them Sherri Chamberlin sent you!

Stay away from this place, operates more like a used car dealership than anything.
Bought phone online, paid for cricket sim couldn't activate online as phone was off, so I had to go into store. I was then told a BS story by the workers in the shop that my card had rejected the sim card purchase and I needed to buy another. I refused because I did not see any return charges and I could feel they were making up BS just so they could get some sales in that area. Got the phone activated for $0 because I had already payed for it over the phone, these guys are crooks

I was Extremely Satisfied with the Customer Service I received and I felt like everyone was happy and very friendly. My situation was handled very fast and they also took the time to answer my questions so that I understood everything correctly about the new plan I received. A friend had a phone issue and I went along to look for a charging cord. The employees were very pleasant and helpful. They had a good selection of cords hanging on the wall as well. The problem we went there for was resolved so all in all this was a very positive experience.

Dont buy a new phone if it only has 4g lte cricket wont support my internet on my samsung 8 ...thanks for telling me cricket my samsung 8 is now pile of garbage unless i want to switch all my phones to another provider
