Pharmacy is just plain unhelpful.
It’d be so nice if I could also not offer advice on the products I Cary.
“I’ve heard not to use superglue on wounds cause it’s not quite the same as medical glue, what should I get or do you have something that’s better than the superglue I’m about to buy.”

“Well that’s cool but I was asking about personal advice on products you carry”

The Pharmacy workers a quite rude and unhelpful. A complete waste of time. I recommend shopping elsewhere if possible.

If I could rate no stars I could. CVS good job finding a way to irritate people more by not allowing the option to talk to anyone in pharmacy unless they return your call. That is a horrible option, congratulations you are now the worse pharmacy I have delt with.

Very good service with quite capable professionals. We were able to schedule 2 vaccine appointments at the same time and were seen on time at this clean and well maintained facility.

Learn how to hire employees that know what there doing or replace them with robots! Terrible customer service with too much attitudes. These type interactions ruins the customer experience. Robots will be better at this.

I pick up my prescriptions there and do last-minute shopping if I don't want to go to the big grocery stores. It has a lot of things I can get at the big grocery stores, and since I'm there, I get discounts.

The worst pharmacy in beloit by far, they can't get anything right without it taking 2 or 3 trips there, they were filling prescription from a doctor that retired 8 months ago, they tried to tell me that he called new refills when I know for a fact that was an out right lie
