I live in Beloit and had 3 of my Florida lady friends visit me for a week of Wisconsin living. One of the ladies rented a car from here to travel to Springfield, Illinois for a very important Cardiologist appt. When she went in to pick up her car, the manager, Jake said she could not rent a car because her drivers license would not scan. “supposedly” he called someone and he came back saying he could not help her. She walked out devastated. As the 4 of us drove away, we could not think of any other option as it was 5:30 pm and she needed to leave at 6 am the next morning. We decided to go back and all 4 of us upper 70 yr olds went in together to plea her case. Luckily Amanda was in the office and not Jake and she made a telephone call and said, “ I think we have 2 options to help you”. It worked! Now the car was gone, so Jake said she could have a 15 passenger van or a pick-up truck. Another customer said she got the run around also and felt bad for us so she offered her rental car to my friend. Jake was obviously upset by not wanting to go through the paperwork, so he miraculously offered my friend a mini van. Jake needs ALOT more customer satisfaction training OR replace him with Amanda! Amanda made it happen. I was TOTALLY embarrassed by the unfriendly, unhelpful, and pathetic attitude to my friend. It was NOT what I told my friends is how friendly local Wisconsin people are. I have loved Enterprise for renting cars, but Jake is NOT what Enterprise would want in a manager position.

Rating is due to Branch Manager doing nothing to resolve an issue. His assistant, Amanda, went above and beyond to help me. I commend her. Because of poor customer service from branch mgr I would not use this agency in Beloit, WI ever again. Sign says we put our customers first. He obviously doesn’t read his own sign.

It was easy to set up the rental online. When I picked up the rental, I waited longer than I expected to, but there were only two employees and they were busy with two customers ahead of me, and the phones were ringing constantly as well. I hope the owners hire more people, as they seem busy enough to warrant the help. I’m actually extremely pleased with my experience. The people that helped me were polite and helpful. I even received a text from the branch manager Jake, in case I had questions or concerns. The Armada I rented was super clean and nice to drive. I didn’t receive this kind of care when I rented at a competitor. That’s why I chose Enterprise this time. I’m really glad I did. I won’t be going anywhere else from now on. Thank you!

Why don’t you guys ever answer your phone? I call back to back to back and then come into the building and the phone is just being put on hold and no one is even in the building…..

Overall our experience was great! They did not have the SUV or similar upon arriving but we did get a brand new 2024 Nissan. Customer service was polite and quick to help every person. We will use them again!

This is the second time we have rented a car from this location with issues. First time was in December and was assured that this is not normal practice. Picked up a rental car today. (That I didn’t reserve because they once again had no cars and didn’t plan for my reservation) and the car needs an oil change? This is unsafe and beyond ridiculous. I will NEVER use this company again. Your business practices are a joke.
