Haircuts came out terrible. Hairs longer then others and patches of short hair. How can a hairstylist/barber let a client walk out like this and be proud of their work??? never coming back here i have been going to ICONIQ, 1757 Prairie Ave Unit A, Beloit, WI 53511 their work is better than this place and CHEAPER.
Requested style: request a burst fade and the lady cutting my hair did NOT know what it is even though saying she did know

I went today for the second time for a perm for my son. On Friday I also went to get a perm for my youngest son and today I went for my oldest son. As soon as we sat down, the stylist asked me when I went because I told her that I had just gone to get a perm for my youngest son. I told him that I only went on Friday. Then she went to talk to the cashier/receptionist. I'm almost 100% sure he was going to ask how much I paid. Well, at the end of the service that I went to pay for, he told me that it would be $90 dollars, which was exactly what I paid for my youngest son. I asked why if it was just the perm there was no cut. Just like on Friday I was charged today when another perm is the same. The only difference was that when I went on Friday I paid for a perm for the youngest of my children and a cut and today I only asked for the perm for my oldest son. They both have the same amount of hair on top and are only one year apart in age. The receptionist/cashier went to talk to the stylist and when she came back she told me that each stylist charges differently. It seemed to me that he only wanted to charge me the same amount because that was what I paid the last time but this time there was no cut involved. I felt like I was scammed and I won't go back there. They don't have fixed prices and are just looking to scam people, they are clearly hungry for money. I paid the 90 again for just a perm this time and I still tipped the stylist out of politeness but I won't go back there.
