High regards to Carl I was in the market for a nother 2012 chevy malibu after my insurance company had totaled my 2012 chevy malibu in good to excellent condition due to a accident he was able to sorce me a 2008 or 2009 with really low mileage but I really wanted a 2012 again and i didn't like the color it it was Carl always remembers me and we always chat and talk whenever I'm in for parts from the parts counter or to get service done on my vehicle I hold him in high regards he is a real stand up guy and man and I Always felt like he sold me a very very good car it's to bad she couldn't stay on the road but I appreciate Carl taking the time to help me once again although I didn't go through Finley on my new purchase the dealership is very nice as well as the people it employs high regards to Carl a real stand up gentleman who I fully respect till the next time I see you take care friend sincerely Jason Humphry

I just bought a car from Finley. I worked with Carl and it was the best experience I've ever had car shopping. Carl knew I was coming to test drive the car. When I arrived he was waiting outside with the keys. I immediately went for a drive. When I got back he quickly had my trade-in appraised and wrote up a list of all the fees and what the final cost would be. I had 3 other cars I wanted to see elsewhere before I made my choice. I ended up walking out of another dealership when the sleazy sales manager wanted to play games with me. Called Carl to let him know I wanted the car he showed me. When I went in the next day the paperwork was done and waiting for my signatures. Carl and Matt were so incredible to work with. I would very highly recommend!

The exhaust on my gf's car had fallen off so we brought her car here to get it done we got a quote for 4400 dollars for an exhaust kit and 2 catalytic converters we took her car home because im also a mechanic and got all the parts they were gonna charge her 4400 for only 900 dollars these guys will rip you off especially if your a female dont bring your car here unless your trying to spend 4x the amount it would cost to buy the parts yourself shitty service here they didnt explain anything about her car when i picked it up

Always prompt service and my car is done in a timely manner according to the service needed.The service department is always friendly and if I have other questions or future needs, they make sure to get me the information I need! They also take the time to help me understand the maintenance in my car and the occasional engine light that comes on or whatever, so I can plan accordingly for it’s future service needs.I am very pleased with the service I receive at Finley’s!

I have never had any issues when I have gone to have my vehicle serviced or just routine maintenance. My family has gone to Finley's for our vehicles for over 15 years and you get to know everyone. Walking into an appointment is just another day of visiting with friends. If you have any issues or questions, they take the time to make sure you understand what is going on with your vehicle.

An oil change and tire rotation should not have taken 2 hours. Another patron who arrived an hour after me was serviced much more quickly. I will reconsider my next service elsewhere.

Ted was absolutely wonderful. He got me a loaner vehicle quickly when I was running late for work. And, his communication overall regarding drop off, the repair of, and pick up of my vehicle was excellent! Thank you to the entire Service Department team for a wonderful experience!

I worked at this dealership at one time and they had a great crew that is always happy and friendly and have longevity with the staff which shows how great of a place it is. It was great to come back to a place I knew to be this way and was still the exact same. Great experience!
