No overdraft protection even though I pay for it, if u have to replace and buy a different card a couple times they will refuse another debit card from the Bank. New Debit card policy supposedly. Stay away from this money hogging place, be careful of the overdrafts and fraud protection policies, When u get an account there are many many words in fine print. They will get u an account going, but if anything happens with overdraft or fraud protection, u are on your own. Smh, no way to run an institution. So many other banks that offer a lot more perks and incentives, FCCU, First Community Credit Union. Only values your money, they do not value their customers. Smh ?????

Not a friendly place to do business. Much better financial institutions to work with than First Community Credit Union.

We recently got a car loan through Forest City Motor with the First Community Credit Union. It was easy and I was helped setting up the reorccuring payments. Like it so far!

Went in to see about a auto loan for granddaughter, had check in hand the next day. Granddaughter was dealing with her credit union for over a month and still didn’t have a check.

Terrible customer service! They took a car payment after the car was paid off, and opened an account without my permission, rather than refunding the payment. Then they started taking $5 per month for "lack of activity." After calling they promised to refund the entire amount as well as inactivity fees. They did not refund the "inactivity fees" as promised.

Worst bank ever. Auto schedule bills and with holiday they hit me with 8 overdrafts in a day. Mind you I have never had overdraft issues before. They say its my fault for not checking my account balance. I will own that but I have the control to close my account and leave a review. Watch were you bank.Update. A manager did call me to resolve the situation. Unfortunately for me the damage was done and my decision had already been made in my head. I hope they can improve for the next customer. They unfortunately cant respond due to privacy laws. But its the customer in the end that gets the decision.

Fast pace workers, I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for services, all of the tellers have big warm smiles, and they ask if you need anything else, and they make sure you understand everything completely, feels like family
