Kaity is the horrible and incompetent person in charge of the payments. She is the worst person you can ever come across in your whole life. DO NOT come to this storage. She (kaity) asked me to make an extra monthly payment for a reason I don't know. When I questioned why I was supposed to make the extra payment she was demanding, she refused to answer any of my questions. Even after I made the payment, she then refused to give me a receipt. She also refused to give me her name. She refused to pick my calls after I made a payment to her. So I didn't even know who I just made a payment to online with no receipt. She also refused to tell me if I would get my security deposit or not. SHE IS A TERRIBLE PERSON

Unhelpful employees. Break-in caused us loss of our property. The cameras capture useless video footage. Took several weeks to get damaged locks fixes after break-in. Also dealt with unit being locked for no reason. Made all payments due yet they locked the unit I was renting. Tried to call multiple times about unit being locked with no answers. Employees don't care. DO NOT RENT HERE!
